WARRANTY STATEMENT

Warm Audio warranties this product to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser to whom this equipment is registered. This warranty is non-transferrable.

This warranty is void in the event of damage incurred from unauthorized service to this unit, or from electrical or mechanical modification to this unit. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, accidental damage, misuse, improper electrical conditions such as mis-wiring, incorrect voltage or frequency, unstable power, disconnection from earth ground (for products requiring a 3 pin, grounded power cable), or from exposure to hostile environmental conditions such as moisture, humidity, smoke, fire, sand or other debris, and extreme temperatures.

Warm Audio will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace this product in a timely manner. The WA-14 Stereo Pair includes two of these legendary mics and premium accessories designed to help you capture professional stereo recordings. Like the original, the WA-14 delivers natural sound reproduction with a relatively flat response plus a smooth top end. The WA-14 delivers the performance of a true studio workhorse repeatedly chosen by the most discerning engineers for capturing an array of sources including punchy, warm, and honest lead vocals, clear stereo guitar cabs, and natural stereo piano. The WA-14 provides realism, thickness, and detail that is true to the original mic’s sound profile – a critical tool of any world-class mic locker.

1. Accurate & Versatile: The WA-14SP is a stereo set of the WA-14 mic, an authentic recreation of the ultra-rare unattainable “EB-circuit” 414-style microphone, the most truthful studio mic of all time. Ideal for capturing the natural sound of performances with minimal coloration, the WA-14 delivers the same sonic performance of the original “EB” circuit.
2. Balanced Tone, Exciting Mids: The WA-14 delivers clear mids, controlled bass, and accurate high-end emphasis for recordings that stay true to the original performance in the room. The WA-14SP achieves natural pianos, stereo guitars, and clear overheads, all with a natural stereo image.
3. Accurate Stereo Recordings: WA-14SP stereo pairs ship as sequential pairs and are tested to be sure that they are within +/- 1dB of each other, delivering consistent performance for stereo recording applications.
4. Custom, Solid Brass CK12-Style Capsule: WA-14 mics use an edge-terminated, dual-diaphragm capsule that is custom machined out of solid brass and meticulously spec’d to match the detail and warmth of the original. Unlike later nylon iterations of this capsule, the WA-14 faithfully replicates the clear open top end of the original all-brass CK12 capsule.
5. Custom CineMag USA Output Transformer: Featuring a critical component of the original “EB-style” mics not found on current reissues, the WA-14 is built with a custom Cinemag transformer to bring out the full richness and detailed sound reproduction of the CK12-style capsule.
6. Stereo Recording With The Mounting Bar: Using the straight mounting bar makes recording quality stereo tracks with WA-14s virtually effortless. Aligning the two WA-14 in parallel with each other on the bar ensures the two capsules will be equidistant to the source, preventing phase issues.
7. Pro Recording Features: Each WA-14 mic has three polar patterns (cardioid, figure-8, & omnidirectional) to meet the needs of a variety of recording situations. The variable pad (0dB, -10dB, -20dB) allows the WA-14 to manage variable SPLs and properly balance signal-to-noise for better raw recordings.
