CAPOXO N7 Bluetooth Headphones

Introduction

The CAPOXO N7 wireless earbuds have an 8-hour battery life. You can use them continuously for 48 hours thanks to recharges offered by its small charging dock. Additionally, the charging box supports both wireless and plug-in charging, which streamlines charging. Additionally, the built-in dual LED power display enables you to see the current charging state of both the earbuds and the charging case in real-time.

PACKING LIST

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Please kindly note that the wireless charging area is on the back of the charging case.

FIRST-TIME USE

• Prior to first use, please remove the blue insulation sticker.
• Fully charge both ear buds and charging case.
• Keep the charging port dry before charging.
• Use the provided Type-C charging cable, or place 1
• Charging case on a wireless charger to get charge.

WARNINGS

• Keep away from liquids and extreme heat.
• Keep the earbuds out of children’s reach.
• Do not throw and drop the earbuds to avoid damage.
• Do not disassemble the earbuds, or make any modifications
• to the structure or any part of it.
• Please charge with a rated voltage charger.
• Low Battery Warning:
• Earbud LED Red light flashes once every 5 secs.

CHARGING CASE

Battery indicator of Charging Case  The display will light up to show the remaining power of charging case when you open (or close) the lid, then go off after 8 secs. The number will flash when being charged, and will be “100” when fully charged and stay on until the power supply cut off.

Battery Indicator of Earbuds Put the earbuds back into the box to charge the earbuds. The battery icons will flash when charging, will turn off after fully charged.

Features with NTC tempera control protection, N7 earbuds will not charge if the temperature reaches 45 degrees or higher. (Charging case will automatically protect themselves in that case.) It is recommended to stop charging (or disconnect wireless charging) firstly, recharge after the temperature drops below 45 degrees.

Wireless Charging Supported

We recommend you to use wireless charging pad (not included) with Qi certificate.

POWER ON/0FF

Automatically Power On/Off

Open the lid of the charging case and the ear buds will power on automatically. Put the ear buds into the charging case and close the lid, the ear buds will power off automatically .

Manually Power On
Press & hold both ear buds for 2 secs, it will flash Blue light and then power on.

Manually Power Off

Press & hold either earbud for 5 secs, it will flash Red light and then power off. (Non music mode)

Note
The earbuds will automatically power off if there is no devices connected within 5 mins.

BLUETOOTH CONNECTION

• Step 1 Open the lid of charging case, two ear buds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
• Step 2 Activate Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and connect “N7.

SINGLE-MODE

When on dual mode, put one ear bud into the charging case. Only take one ear bud out of the charging case and connect it.

PAIR WITH OTHER DEVICE

N7 Wireless Ear buds has memory function, it usually auto connects with the last paired device.

Thus, if you want to pair them with other device, you should disconnect “N7” from the last paired device, AND forget the pairing record on the last device. Then try to connect it to a new device, it should work properly.

FACTORY RESTORE SETTING

When should I reset?

• When only one side play music.
• When you can’t use the two ear buds together.
• When both ear buds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related issues.

How to reset?

• Delete all “N7” from the Bluetooth menu on your phones and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
• Press &hold either ear bud for 5 secs, it will flash Red light and then power oft.
• Press &hold both ear buds 8 secs simultaneously to clean the pairing record with the last paired device.
• (*Both ear buds will flash Red & Blue light 3 secs, then turn to
• Red light and stay on for 1 sec then go off,)
• Put the ear buds back into charging case and close the lid.
• Now open the charging case and turn on the Bluetooth on your device, search and connect “N7, they should work properly.
• If it still doesn’t work, please repeat the steps to try again.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the music cut in and out sometimes?

Please make sure there is no obstacle between the ear buds and your device. Please make sure there is no Microwave oven/Wife transmitter around you, which are more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in signal interruption.
Note
Keep the device and the earbobs as close as possible to ensure a more stable Bluetooth connection.

What should I do if the Ear buds stop charging?

We advise you to charge the ear buds by using the supplied original charging cable. Please make sure the charging pins and charging points are clean & dry before charging. Please make sure the ear buds battery was run out if sometimes it can’t be charged properly.

Will these work with FaceTime, zoom, Skype etc?

Yes, our N7 wireless earphones work well with FaceTime, zoom, Skype etc.

Can I charge the case with my anker wireless charging pad?

Of course, our N7 wireless earbuds support wireless charging and Type-C cable charging. You can not only place our N7 ear buds on the wireless charging pad to get charging, but also can use the inclued cable to charge.

What are the buttons like on these earbuds? Are they physical or touch buttons?

These airpods feature with physical button, just press it, easily switch songs, adjust volume, answer/reject calls or activate Siri.

What type is the charging port?

The charging port is Type-C. Type-C cable is included in the box.

Can one ear bud be used at a time while other charging?

Yes, either earphones can work alone. You can keep one headphone charged in the charging case, and use the other one to listen. By this way, you can get a longer listening time.(About 96 hours)

How about the sound quality of these air pods?

So far it’s sounds better than my MPow.

Is the microphone quality good?

My sister said she could hear what I said and it was loud.

Does it announce the caller name?

When coming call, it say: “incoming call ” and caller number.

Does it connect with a Apple Watch?

These N7 airpods are compatible with most Bluetooth-enabled devices. Thus it is not problem to connect with Apple watch.

Are these earbuds compatible with the Amazon fire tablet?

I don’t know if they will work with your fire tablet. I do know that they work with all devices I own that have Bluetooth

Can you pair them to an MP3 player?

Yes, it is. Our N7 wireless earphones are compatible with most Bluetooth- enabled devices.

Is this case compatible with AirPods cases?

These case just compatible with our N7 ear buds.
