Fingerprint setup and user management

  1. Search for the “TTIOCK” APP on your phone, download it and open it on your phone.

  3. You can open the door directly by clicking on the”unlock icon”.

  4. Click on the “fingerprint icon” and click on the option in the upper right corner, you can add fingerprints, according to the screen display operation.

  5. Click “send the key” and ” grant administrator” to add users and administrators, according to the screen prompt for action.

Set passwords and delete passwords

Click “get password’ on the APP, select the password type: custom selection validity period, dick to set the password to enter the need to add the password. , ac cording to the screen display operation. Remove fingerprints and devices

  1. Click on the fingerprint on the APP, Click on the fingerprint to be deleted, click on delete according to the prompt on the screen.

  2. Select the lock in the APP that requires you to remove the phone’s administrator, click filings, and click delete. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Check Lock picking records

Select the lock on the APP, Click on the operating record to view, click on the APP a fingerprint, Password, click on the operating record, view the fingerprint and Password of all records.

Normally open mode switch

After pressing, the handle of the normally open key loosens after 1 second. long ‘drops’ Which is set as normally open mode. repeat operation can be switched into automatic locking or normally open mode again.

Restore factory settings

Four seconds after long-pressing the reset button on the lock, two clicks are heard. The lock has been reset to factory settings, and all fingerprints, passwords, and phone administrators are cleared out.
