The Suitability of Car Air Vent

Compatible with horizontal and vertical air vent outlets.

Not compatible with non-intensive, circular or special-shaped air vent outlets.
Note: Please do not twist the air vent clip too tight, to protect the air vent blades and air vent clip.
Phone Case
- Compatible with smooth surface phone cases thinner than 4mm (0.15inch).
- Not compatible with:
a. Any foreign object between your smartphone and this magnetic wireless car charger, such as metal, credit cards, door keys, coins, magnet, or NFC cards.
b. Phone cases may affect wireless charging, such as ultra-thick (>4mm / 0.15 inch) phone case or a case with a bumpy surface, stand. c. PopSockets, ring holder etc.

Operating Instructions
This car mount has the following three use situations, please choose the corresponding way to use according to your mobile phone model.

iPhone 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 / without case: Direct magnetic attraction is OK
-
iPhone 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 / with magnetic case: Direct magnetic attraction is OK

Other situations: it shall be used with metal ring
The metal ring must stick outside of the flat phone case.
a. iPhone 12 / 13 /14 / 15 and above models with non-magnetic case
Assembling the Metal Ring
- There are two ways to paste the metal ring, which are listed as follows.
Please choose between them according to your needs.
Note:
- To better protect your phone, it is recommended that you paste the metal ring on the back of the phone case.
- Please use the metal ring with a phone case that has a flat and smooth back surface. Phone case with rough surfaces (such as frosted surface) may affect adhesive.
- Please use the phone’s match-up card to aim at the position before pasting the metal ring.
Installation steps:

Use a cleaning wipe to clean the back of the phone (or phone case) where the metal ring needs to be pasted.
If use a phone case, INSTALL the metal ring OUTSIDE of phone case. -
Unfold the match-up card.

Align the circle of the match-up card to the center of the phone and make sure the length from the edge of the circle to the left and right, top and bottom edges of the phone are the same.

Tear off the protective cover of the metal ring and paste the metal ring onto the center of your phone/phone case.

Press firmly along the magnetic ring to secure it.

Remove the match-up card, and the installation is completed.

Note: After pasted the magnetic ring, please wait for 24 hours.
Assembling the Car Mount

Unscrew the fixing nut from the support base.

Put the fixing nut on the ball joint. (Note: Don’t change the direction of the fixing nut)

Push the ball joint firmly into the groove on the back of the support base, then tighten the fixing nut.

Twist the screw knob to adjust the opening size of the clip to fit the air vent.

Find a suitable place to insert the car mount. Tighten the screw knob to fix the car mount. Adjust the angle of the car mount to fit your sight.
Power On
Please use original power cable supplied to connect the magnetic wireless car charger to the car charger adapter( support PD).
Please note: Do not connect magnetic wireless car charger to the in-car USB port directly. There won’t be enough power as it will cause slow charging.

Using Steps
Put the phone on the support base of the car mount and start wireless charging.
FAQs
1. No charging or slow charging
a. Please check the status of the LED light, the blue light indicates charging and the red light indicates low power. b. The maximum output of this charger is 15W. c. This charger requires charging adapter that supports QC or PD fast charging and an output of at least 20W. d. Ensure your phone case is thinner than 3mm, otherwise the phone will not be able to wireless charge. e. The charging speed will be slow if the temperature is too high. Turn off navigation and other unused apps whilst also lowering the temperature of the car with the air conditioner. f. Please use the original power cable supplied with the magnetic wireless car charger, this will ensure fast and safe charging.
2. Working temperature
The perfect temperature would be 32℉-95℉ (0℃-35℃). The mount cannot function properly when the temperature is too high or too low.
Attentions
- Avoid dropping.
- Do not disassemble.
- Please install the car mount on a suitable place before driving, do not operate or adjust the car mount during driving.
- Do not install the car mount in places where it might interfere with airbag or driving.
- Please keep this product away from any magnetic items, otherwise, demagnetization might happen.
- Keep the car mount away from children.
