Product Information

The ComXim intelligent turntable is designed for product rotation, display, 360-degree shooting, and 3D scanning. It is available in various models with different specifications:

  • MT200RL20x: Voltage – 20-68 (S/Lap), Max Load – 20 Kg
  • MT320RL40x: Voltage – 25-72 (S/Lap), Max Load – 40 Kg
  • MT350RL40x: Voltage – 28-74 (S/Lap), Max Load – 40 Kg
  • MT400RL40x: Voltage – 27-76 (S/Lap), Max Load – 40 Kg
  • MT500RL200x: Voltage – 34-90 (S/Lap), Max Load – 200 Kg
  • NT600RL200x: Voltage – 34-90 (S/Lap), Max Load – 200 Kg
  • MT800RL300x: Voltage – 55-140 (S/Lap), Max Load – 300 Kg

The turntables support three rotation modes: continuous, intermittent, and left-and-right swing.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the ComXim intelligent turntable:

  1. Plug in the power supply.
  2. Turn on the turntable.
  3. Use the remote control to control the rotation modes, rotation speeds, and rotation angles.

Small Remote Controller Instructions

Use the small remote controller to control the turntable. The buttons on the remote control allow you to:

  • Speed up clockwise rotation.
  • Speed down clockwise rotation.
  • Save current settings.
  • Start/pause counterclockwise rotation.

Medium Remote Controller Instructions

Use the medium remote controller to control the turntable. The buttons on the remote control allow you to:

  • Save current settings to the turntable flash.
  • Lock the settings.
  • Control the turntable to output the focus signal.
  • Rotate the turntable by a specific angle (e.g., 0.1 degrees, 0.5 degrees, 5.625 degrees).
  • Control the turntable to return to the original position.
  • Control the turntable to rotate counter-clockwise.
  • Control the turntable speed decrease.
  • Control the turntable to rotate intermittently.
  • Control the turntable to output the focus signal and the shutter signal (supported only by specific models).
  • Control the turntable to output the shutter signal (supported only by specific models).

Large Remote Controller Instructions

Use the large remote controller to control the turntable. The buttons on the remote control allow you to:

  • Lock the settings.
  • Save current settings.
  • Rotate the turntable by a specific angle using hot keys.
  • Rotate the turntable back to the original position.

Precautions

  1. Attention: Electric turntables are of electric products. They are Not waterproof and not heat resistant.
  2. In cases when turntable doesn’t work, please check whether the turntable is powered on, whether the power cord is plugged in tightly, and whether the switch is turned on. If the turntable still cannot work normally, please contact us.
  3. The load-bearing capacity of the turntable refers to the maximum load that the turntable can bear when the item is smaller than the diameter of the turntable. If the item exceeds the diameter of the turntable, the load-bearing capacity will be greatly reduced, and even it will not turn.
  4. In order to prolong the service life of the turntable, it is recommended to stop for 2 hours after working continuously for 8 hours.
  5. In order to protect the safety of users, unauthorized modification or repair of the product is prohibited. Please contact us if necessary.
