Connect the power unit, valve, hose, and fittings according to the configuration mentioned in the user manual based on the manufacturing year of the press.
Make sure all connections are secure and tightened properly.
If applicable, install the gauge in the designated location.
Check the hydraulic power unit assembly and ensure it matches the specification mentioned in the user manual.
For presses made in 2022 or later, use the updated hose and fittings kit (Items 1-3,5-8,10) and connect them to the power unit assembly (303898PU).
For presses made prior to 2022, use the hose kit/valve kit (Items 1-9 & hoses x2) and connect them to the power unit assembly (301856PU).
Refer to the electric schematic, hydraulic schematic, and exploded views & parts lists provided in the user manual for additional information.
Ensure all warning labels are properly displayed on the press.
Once all connections and configurations are completed, the press is ready for use.
