FL SOLNAR SLR 8W Solar LED Light Fitting
INTENDED USE / APPLICATION
Product designed for the use in households and for other similar general applications.
MOUNTING
Technical changes reserved. Read the manual before mounting. Mounting diagram: see pictures. Check for proper mechanical fastening and connection to electrical power prior to first use. Product requires preparation before operating. “ON” means “switch/switched on” , “OFF” means “switch/switched off”.
FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Product can be used either indoors or outdoors. The lamp is equipped with built-in solar panels. Fixtures turns on automatically after dark. Device with non-removable battery.
USAGE GUIDELINES / MAINTENANCE
Clean only with soft and dry cloths. Do not use chemical detergents. Do not cover the product. Product with non-replaceable light source of the LED type. Product cannot be fixed if the light source becomes damaged. ATTENTION! Do not look directly at LED light beam. Non-demountable product. Not suitable for independent repairs. Before first use, the solar lamp must be exposed to direct sunlight for a few days in order to charge the accumulators. Make sure that the solar panel is not covered/shaded/overshadowed while installing the lamp outside in order to ensure the optimal charging of the accumulators. Keep the solar panel and the chassis of the device clean in order to ensure the optimal charging of the accumulators during the day. Clean regularly. Moving object (e.g. vehicles) may cause random activation of the sensor. In the area of strong electromagnetic interference the functioning of the product may be disrupted.
EXPLANATIONS OF SYMBOLS USED
P1: Supply voltage.
P2: Maximum power of the light source.
P3: Rated luminous flux
P4: Dust-resistant product. Protection against splashing water provided.
P5: Colour temperature.
P6: Product can be used either indoors or outdoors.
P7: Class III. A product in which protection against electric shock is
provided by feeding it with very low safe voltage (SELV) with no risk of
creating higher than safe voltage.
P8: Environmental operating temperature range that the product can be exposed
to.
P9: Immediately stop using the product if the outer bulb is cracked or broken.
P10: Product meets the requirements of EU directives.
P11: The product is compliant with all relevant United Kingdom regulations.
P12: Certificate of Conformity confirming the quality of production in
accordance with approved standards on the territory of the Customs Union.
P13: The product meets the requirements of technical regulations applicable in
Ukraine.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Segregation of post-packaging waste is recommended.
P14: This labelling indicates the requirement to selectively collect waste
electronic and electrical equipment. Products labelled in this way must not be
disposed of in the same way as other waste under the threat of a fine. These
products may be harmful to the natural environment and health, and require a
special form of recycling/neutralizing. Keep your environment clean. Used
batteries and/or accumulators need to be treated as separate waste and placed
in an individual container. Used batteries and/or accumulators should be
returned to a collection facility for waste batteries/accumulators.
Information on collection centres is provided by local authorities or sellers
of such goods. Used items can also be returned to the seller when new product
is purchased, in quantity no larger than the purchased item of the same type.
The above rules regard the EU area. In the case of other countries,
regulations in force in a given country must be applied. Contacting the
distributor of our products in a given area is recommended.

The accumulators are covered by a one-year warranty.
**** Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
Batteries contain substances that may be harmful to the environment and human
health. Keep out of reach of children and seek immediate medical help if
swallowed, chemical burns may arise from ingestion. Never throw batteries in a
fire or attempt to open the outer casing.
