Additional instructions
  • Cord draw track is hard to traverse. Moving slides manually may have caused the cord to slip out of its channel. Carefully moving the slides while keeping tension on the cords will correct
  • Panel cannot be inserted into the slide. Some thick or coarse fabrics may catch on the slide opening. Check slide for burrs and remove. Make sure all staples are flat and not sticking out to catch on the slide. Flatten staples as needed.
  • Track will not snap into mounting brackets. Brackets must be mounted in a straight line and at the same height. Make sure there is no damage to headrail or brackets and that the screw heads are not interfering.
  • Panels do not all follow as track is traversed. Slides need to be repositioned so the hooks catch. Traversing the track will normally re-engage the slides. If not, the slides may have to be tilted to allow the hooks to move into place.
