Safety Instructions

When installing the product, make sure it does not block the air outlets of
other devices. For more details, refer to user manuals corresponding products.
Install the product in a well-ventilated place. Do not install it in wall
openings or a closed closet. Keep children away from the product’s battery
pack.
Product Placement
Recommendations It’s recommended to place the product in front of, under or above the television, facing forward.
The absence of barriers in front of the product can ensure a better sound performance.
Place the product away from metals, other audio/video devices and heat sources.
Place the product on a rubber surface or a stable flat surface with full support. Vibrations amid playback may render the product moving on a slick surface (e.g. marble, glass or high gloss wooden surfaces).
Make sure to use the product with AC sockets. Place the product at least 0.3-0.9m away from the product to avoid interference. Try not install the product in wall openings or a closed closet to ensure a better sound performance.
Do not place anything on the product.
Attention: Place the product properly. Check the bottom side before
placing.
Wall Installation Buy a wall rack separately to install the speaker on the wall.
Note: Leave at least a 10cm distance between the product and the television.
Attention: Do not use other parts stated outside the manual to install
the product.
How to Use
Connect to a power source
- Connect the power cord to the DC 15V port on the back of the product.
- Plug the power adapter in the AC socket.
Power on Press the power button on the remote control or the operational panel of the product. Conduct wireless connection between the product and your mobile device, and then play.

Control the product through the operational panel on the top of the product or
the remote control.

Remote Control Instructions
Power on/off
Press the on/off button
Press the “ ” to power on/off the product.
Note:
Power on the product and it will default in wireless mode on to automatically
reconnect to the previously paired device.
Wireless Playback

Power on the product and it defaults in wireless pairing mode.

The blue indicator light flashes during a pairing state.

Turn on the wireless function on your device, search for device name “RTS-50” and click
connect. After a successful connection, a prompt will be heard with the blue light on. -
Adjust the sound volume or choose sound tracks through the buttons on the product pa or the remote control.
Opt-In Playback
- Connect the optical fiber between the product and your television, and power on the product
- Press the power button or the Opt-in button on the remote control to switch to opt-in model The green light will be on.
- Adjust the sound volume through the buttons on the product panel or the remote control.
AUX-In Playback
- Connect the AUX audio cable between the product and your television, and power on the prod
- Press the power button or the Opt-in button on the remote control to switch to AUX mode. The red light will be on.
- Adjust the sound volume through the buttons on the product panel or the remote control.
Light Mode
- Power on the product. Press and hold the light on/off button on the panel or the remote control to turn on the light.
- Press the light on/off button on the panel or the remote control to switch lighting modes and colors.
- Press the light up/down buttons to dim the brightness of the light.
- Press and hold the light on/off button to turn off the light.

Wireless Connection
Control through the wireless function on your mobile device.
Note: Make sure the wireless function on your mobile device is turned on.
Power on the product and place it with your mobile device within 10 meters.
Note: Make sure the product is powered on and placed within 10 meters for
wireless connection.
For more details, refer to the user manual of the corresponding device. The
product can only connect to one wireless device each time.
Connect to other devices
Note: The product can only connect to one wireless device each time.
- Press and hold the “ ” on the remote control till the blue light flashes to disconnect the current wireless connection.
- Choose on your device’s name list to connect to the product wirelessly. Note: Make sure the wireless function on your device is turned on.
Battery Installation

Open the battery box cover on the back.va

Insert 2 AAA 1.5V batteries. Check the positive and negative electrodes on the batteries and install properly.

Install back the battery box cover.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Use a soft dry cloth to clean the surface of the product.
Attention:
Do not allow water entry into the product.
Do not blow air into the product.
Do not use a vacuum cleaner to clean the product.
Do not use any sprays to clean the product.
Do not use any detergents, chemicals or cleaning agents including alcohol,
ammonia or abrasive to clean the product.
Do not allow foreign objects into the product.

Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |

Playback malfunction | Check if the audio file is of wireless playback. If not, |

Remote control is of unsteady or insensitive use.| Check if the batteries are
properly installed in the remote control
Make sure the remote control is used within 6 meters from the product. Make
sure the distance between the remote control and the product is barrier-free.
The sound is played in distortion or there is no sound.| Check if the product
is muted. If so, press the mute button to unmute it.
Check if your mobile device is muted.
Adjust the sound volume of the product or your device. Switch to other audio
mode for playback.
Try another music app on your device or other audio input.
Reboot the product.
Make sure your device is of wireless compatibility with the product.Use an
audio cable to connect the product for playback.
Sound is played in distortion of low quality| Try another audio input (if
available).
Try to decrease the sound volume on your device.
Try the following solutions first
If a problem occur:

Check if the power adapter is plugged in properly in the AC socket.

Check if all the cables are properly connected.

Check which state the product is in.

Check if the product is properly placed according to the manual.

Check if the product can work if moved to the suggested connection ran

Keep the product and your wireless device are within 0.3-0.9 meters.

let it rest for 30 seconds before re-plugging it.
Can’t power off the product| The product may be in standby mode. Press the
power button ” ” on the remote control to wake it. Then press this button
again to power off.
Warranty
This product is covered under warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of sale limited to normal use and maintenance of the machine parts, materials and functions. Problems and failures verified upon further identification, will be provided free repair and replacement parts.
Cautions
- Do not strike or squeeze the product and keep it away from sunlight and rain.
- Store the product at a temperature of 0°C-40°C. Place it in a clean, dry and well-ventilated place with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Keep it away from corrosive objects and fire.
- Do not dispose of the product as household waste. Dispose of it and other electrical appliances properly in the local recycle center. Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in personal injury, and the company will not bear any responsibility to any result caused by violation of safety instructions stated above.
This Warranty Does Not Apply:
(A) To a product that is out of warranty;
(B) To damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or
intended uses described by REMAX;
(C) To a product that has been disassembled, repaired or refitted without
the authorization of REMAX;
(D) If warranty card and proof of purchase cannot be presented;
(E) To damage caused by earthquake, fire or other external causes,
natural disasters, etc.
