Instruction Manual

1. General information
   DD pmma CAST discs can be machined with any milling system.
   Tungsten carbide tools for PMMA are required for machining.

2. Storage
   Protect from heat and direct sunlight.

3. Indication
   DD pmma CAST discs are not certified for intraoral use and therefore must not be used in the patients mouth. The material is manufactured exclusively for the dental casting technique.

4. Finishing
   The milled frameworks can be separated from the blanks with suitable tungsten carbide cutters or cut-off wheels.
   4.1 Sprucing
   Please check the rules for your casting alloys or pressable ceramics to design sprues and runners for casting. Acrylic molds for casting should be covered with a thin layer wax before embedding.
   4.2 Embedding
   Use a ring free embedding system or coat the ring with a ceramic ring liner before filling with investment. Mix the embedding material using vacuum. Follow the manufacturers instructions for use of the investment material, the alloy and / or press ceramic used.

5. Disposal
   DD pmma CAST discs are made from pure PMMA. Waste can be recycled with other acrylics or can be disposed of through domestic residual waste system.
