Important Safsty Instructions

Please note these basic safety precautions when using this hot melt glue gun. This reduces the risk of a possible injury due to burns or electric shock.

‘HOT SURFACES! The nozzle of the appliance and the adhesive may reach temperatures between 150 and 200°C. Avoid contact with skin.

Forindoors use only. Do not use outdoors.

The appliance must not be used in damp surroundings or in the rain. Do not expose it to water.

Never work with the tool if it is damaged in any parts.

Do not pullthe cable, Please press plug and pull out from socket.

The glue gun should be removed from the socket when not in use.

Do not use hot glue for objects which are exposed to high temperatures.
Some glue sticks suitable for this glue gun become soft at about 60 ° C (140° F). -
Some materials are heat sensitive and can be damaged by the hot nozzle or even by the hot glue. If possible, try first on a piece of waste material or on a hidden part of the object to be repaired.

Let the glue gun cool down completely after using and before storage.
Keep the unused glue gun in a dry, safe place, out of reach of children -
Never insert objects into the glue gun other than the recommended glue sticks.

Never remove an already inserted glue sticks. This can lead to irreparable damage.

Hot glue may be used instead of nails, staples, tape or liquid adhesives:
However, they should not be used in place of structural connections when heavy loads are involved. -
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. -
Children are not allowed to play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children without supervision.

Be careful when you use the hot glue gun in places where there are flammable materials.

Do not use the hot glue gun in explosive environments.

WARNING: Put the hot glue gun on the stand when it is not in use.
Never lay the gun on its side -
Do not leave the glue gun unattended when it is connected or still hot.

Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the glue gun. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities.

Contact your local authority for information regarding the collection systems available.

If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain or the flora and fauna can be poisoned for years during the weathering.

How To Use The Glue Gun
Step 1: Load the Ø7/16°Ø11mm) glue stick into the back of the glue gun.
Plug in the glue gun and turn on.
Step 2: Press trigger several times until the glue stick is firmly set into
the inlet tube.
Step 3: Allow the glue gun to warm up for approximately 5 minutes. Clean the
object surface before applying for best bonding results.
Step 4: Squeeze trigger until glue flows from nozzle. If the trigger is hard
to pull during use, allow the gun to heat up for a few minutes. The heater may
not be hot enough.
Step 5: Glue does not need to be spread. Press surfaces together within 15
seconds. Use of clamps or other holding devices is not necessary.
Step 6: Turn off when finished. If long time not in used, pull out the plug
form socket. Never pull the glue stick out the back of the glue gun. Never
remove partially used adhesive from the glue gun. No clean up required.
WARNING: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to put in
a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not put fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not put in, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER
CAUTION: Molten adhesive and glue gun nozzle temperature can reach to
380°F/193°C.
Do not touch glue gun nozzle or heated glue. If hot glue contacts skin, do not
attempt to remove t. Immerse the affected area in cold water immediately.
