Initial operation and general information

The induction milk frother is intended for heating and frothing milk and milk substitutes. In general, the following milk types can be used: fresh milk, UHT milk (including from cows, sheep, and goats), and lactose-free milk as well as milk substitutes (such as soya milk) with various fat contents. The quality and volume of the milk foam depend on the type and characteristics of the milk being used (e.g. the fat and protein content, temperature, etc.). Prior to initial use, clean the device as described in the section entitled „Cleaning and care.“ Any sur-plus length of the connecting cable can be wound around the bottom of the device‘s base (6). Connect the mains plug to an earthed wall socket, the on/off button (7) lights up in red.
