• How long does 1 earbud last on a single charge?
  After the 1 earbuds are fully charged, they can be used continuously for 9 hours (8 hours in ANC mode), and it only takes 1-2 hours to fully charge. With the 1600mAh charging case, it can be used continuously for a total of 99 hours (88 hours in ANC mode)

• I’m not getting F4 on my Bluetooth pairing list with my phone. How is that?
  If there is no Bluetooth name “F4”, please check whether the headset is fully charged. Please put the headphones back into the charging case, put it out for 5 seconds, and take it out to match it again If you still can’t find it, please contact customer service in the background.

• How comfortable are these with glasses on?
  I have glasses and there’s no problem for me. I suppose my glasses are maybe on the thinner end of frames but nonetheless all you have to do it wiggle the earbuds around until its either above or below the glasses and are comfortable.

• What is the dimension of the charging box?

• How can I tell whether my earbuds have enough power?
  Examine the earphones’ battery indicator light to see how they are doing. When the earbuds are inserted, the case and earbuds will both charge at the same time. The case can be charged independently of the earbuds. Charged in red. Fully charged in green.

• My wireless earphones are charging, but how can I know?
  When your earbuds are plugged in and charging, the charging case will blink red. The light will cease flickering and remain a solid red color when it is completely charged.

• Why can I attach only one Bluetooth earbud?
  Depending on the audio settings on your headset, it might only play in one ear. So make sure the mono option is off in your audio properties by checking your audio properties. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well.
