Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting, make sure you have the following items ready:
- Gasoline
- Engine oil (10W-30)
- Wrench/socket set
- Ensure the pump is placed on a flat and stable surface.
- Add gasoline to the pump’s gasoline tank, ensuring it does not exceed the capacity of 3 gallons.
- Add engine oil (10W-30) to the pump’s oil tank, ensuring it is at the appropriate level.
- Connect the suction hose to the pump’s suction port and secure it with clamps.
- Submerge the suction hose into the water source, ensuring the filter is not blocked.
- Connect the discharge hose to the pump’s discharge port and secure it with clamps.
- Place the other end of the discharge hose in the desired location for water transfer.
- Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
- Turn on the engine using the provided operator’s manual.
- Open the priming cap to allow air to escape and start the priming process.
- Once primed, close the priming cap.
- Start the pump according to the instructions in the operator’s manual.
- The pump will now transfer water at a rate of up to 264 gallons per minute.

Champion’s 3-inch Semi-Trash Water Transfer Pump includes everything you need except oil and gas to start pumping. Pump up to 264 gallons per minute, powered by the 224cc Champion OHV engine. The included complete hose kit provides everything you need to get your pump into action, including a 12-foot suction hose with filter, 25-foot discharge hose, quick cam lock coupler, clamps, adapters, fittings, nylon tape, along with a handy accessory bag to keep everything organized.
