Device cleaning
Before starting the cleaning process, it is necessary to ensure that the power
cord has been unplugged from the power outlet.
Please do not use insecticide or other volatile chemicals on the projector or
lens. Also, avoid prolonged contact between rubber or vinyl products and the
projector. This may damage or peel off the coating.
Cleaning the projector
Use a soft, dry cotton cloth for wiping. If the dirt is severe, you can use a
soft cloth dipped in diluted neutral detergent for cleaning, and then dry it
with a dry cloth. If using a chemical fiber cloth, please follow the relevant
precautions.
Do not use thinner, benzene, or other solvents as they may cause quality degradation or peeling of the spray coating.
To remove dirt from the vents, you can attach a brush to the front of the
vacuum cleaner for cleaning. Avoid using a vacuum cleaner without any adapter
or using the nozzle for cleaning.
Do not use fingernails or other hard objects to scrape the main body of the
projector to prevent scratches.
Lens dirt
Clean the lens using the same method as cleaning a camera lens: use a
professional air blower for cameras or lens cleaning paper for eyeglasses. Be
careful not to scratch the lens.
Cleaning the air intake and outlet
Dust accumulation at the air intake and outlet may prevent ventilation,
leading to an increase in internal temperature and causing malfunctions.
Cleaning guideline: Clean at least once every 10,000 hours of use.
Turn off the power and disconnect the power cord.
Use an electric vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to clean the exterior.
Please note that do not use a vacuum cleaner without an adapter or an adapter
without a brush.
