Product Usage Instructions
Before using the booster heater, ensure that all necessary components are properly installed according to the local codes and ordinances.
- Connect the cold water supply to the designated inlet on the booster heater.
- If using a booster return, connect it to the appropriate connection on the booster heater.
- Connect the hot water return line to the designated outlet on the booster heater.
- If applicable, connect the pre-heater to the appropriate connection on the booster heater.
- Ensure that all connections are secure and leak-free.
- Set the tank temperature control to the desired temperature.
- Verify that the temperature and pressure relief valve is properly set within the pressure rating of the system components.
- Check that the circulating pump is functioning correctly.
- Monitor the temperature gauge to ensure that the water is being heated to the desired temperature.
- If necessary, adjust the tank temperature control to achieve the desired hot water temperature.
