Product Information

The PET NANNY SMART PET FOOD DISPENSER is a smart automatic treat dispenser designed for pets. It allows you to schedule and control your pet’s feeding through the Smart Life App. The dispenser is suitable for dry pet food only, with a diameter of 8-12mm. It comes with a top cover, bottom cover, indicator light, video speaker, treat port, reset button, power interface, and various accessories including an adapter, cable, and manual.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Open the upper lid of the dispenser and remove the power cord adapter from the grain bucket.
  2. Plug the power cord into the power connector behind the host and connect the adapter to a power source to turn on the dispenser.
  3. Add dry pet food to the feeder dispenser.
  4. Ensure the dry pet food is round or oval-shaped and has a diameter below 8-12mm.
  5. Bind the device to the Smart Life App to set up your pet’s feeding schedule and planning.

Note: Make sure to download and install the Smart Life App before proceeding with the device setup. Follow the instructions provided in the manual for app download, installation, and registration.

Precautions

  • Place the device correctly to prevent pets from tipping it over.
  • Keep the food bucket dry and sealed, regularly checking for any food residue.
  • Do not put substances other than dry pet food into the food bucket as it may cause equipment malfunction or safety issues for your pet.
  • To prevent spills, it is recommended to place the dispenser in a corner or against a wall.
  • Ensure the tearproof bite wire is installed as concealed as possible to avoid damage caused by pets biting it.
  • If children use the device, it should be under the guidance of an adult.
  • Clean the buckets and bowls regularly.
  • This device is not recommended for pets younger than three months.

Installation Steps

Precautions

  1. Please place the device correctly; Prevent pets from tipping over the device.
  2. Please keep the food bucket dry and sealed, and check regularly to ensure food residue
  3. Do not drop all substances except pet dry food into the food bucket, otherwise it will cause abnormal use of the equipment and even cause pet safety problems.
  4. To prevent pets from spilling the product, it is recommended to place it in a corner or against a wall.
  5. The product tearproof bite wire is installed as concealed as possible to avoid damage to the equipment caused by pets biting the wire.
  6. If children use this device, please ensure that it is under the guidance of an adult.
