Product Information

The T10 is a robotic vacuum cleaner designed to automatically clean your floors. It comes with an Auto Empty Base that charges the robot and collects the dust. The robot can be controlled through the Ultenic app via Wi-Fi connection. The robot is equippedwith sensors to avoid obstacles and has a solid green light indicator when fully charged.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Remove the protective film from the T10 before use.
2. Install AAA batteries into the remote control.
3. Place the Auto Empty Base on a flat surface against the wall, leaving enough room around it.
4. Always keep the Auto Empty Base plugged in to ensure the robot can automatically return for charging and dust collection.
5. Note: Do not place the Auto Empty Base on rugs or carpets as it may affect the alignment of the robot when docking.
6. Fully charge the robot before use. The solid green light indicates a full charge.
7. Download the Ultenic app and follow the instructions to complete the Wi-Fi connection. Use this app to control your robot. Refer to the User Guide for further details.
8. Before cleaning, remove any objects that may entangle the robot, such as power cords or ropes.
9. Avoid wet areas during cleaning.
10. If you don’t want the robot to climb on top of objects less than 0.78in/20mm in height, remove them from its path.
11. To prevent tangling, fold tasseled edges of area rugs underneath before cleaning. Avoid cleaning very dark-colored high-pile rugs or rugs thicker than 1.02in/26mm as they may cause malfunctions.
12. Avoid placing the robot near furniture with a space less than 3.75in/95mm on the bottom, as the robot’s thickness is 95mm. Use the Boundary Strip(s) in this situation.
13. Avoid exposing the robot to strong light or direct sunlight as it may affect the sensors and functionality.

Quick Start Guide

For T10

1. Remove the protective film before use.

2. Install AAA batteries into the remote control.

3. Place the Auto Empty Base on a flat surface against the wall with enough room around.Always keep the Auto Empty Base plugged in, otherwise, the robot will not automatically return for charging and dust collecting.
   Note : Please DO NOT place the Auto Empty Base on rugs or carpets as it may affect the alignment of the robot when docking.

4. Fully charge the robot before use.

5. Turn on the robot and start cleaning.

Notes Before Cleaning

1. Remove any objects that may entangle the robot, such as power cords, ropes, etc.
2. Keep the robot away from wet areas during cleaning.
3. The robot may climb on top of objects less than 0.78in/ 20 mm in height. Please take the objects away if you do not want the robot to climb it.
4. Fold tasseled edges of area rugs underneath to prevent tangling the robot. Avoid cleaning very dark-colored high-pile rugs or rugs thicker than 1.02 in/ 26 mm as they may cause the robot to malfunction.
5. Keep the robot away from any furniture that may have space ≤ 3.75in/ 95 mm on the bottom as the thickness of the robot is 95 mm. It may get stuck if the robot goes in by accident. The Boundary Strip(s) could be used in this situation.
6. Do not expose the robot to strong light or direct sunlight as it may cause the invalidation of sensors and abnormity of the robot.
