Product Information
The EN Manual Torque Wrench >TW-4/24< is a versatile tool designed for precise torque applications. It features a range of 4 – 24 Nm in 0.2 Nm increments, allowing for accurate tightening of bolts and nuts. The wrench includes the following parts:
- Tool-head
- Reversible lever
- Quick release button
- 1/4” Drive
- Viewing window
- Cursor
- Scale
- Knob
The wrench is compatible with various bit sockets, including:
- Hex: 3/4/5/6/8 mm
- Star: T10/25
Product Usage Instructions
To use the EN Manual Torque Wrench, follow these steps:

Set the required direction of rotation by adjusting the reversible lever.

Attach the desired bit socket to the 1/4 drive.

Set the desired torque by turning the knob. Follow the example below:
Example:- Press the knob and then turn it clockwise until “8” is aligned with the cursor in the viewing window and “0” on the scale is aligned with the indicator on the handle.
- Continue turning the knob clockwise until “1.6” on the scale is aligned with the indicator on the handle. This sets the torque to 9.6 Nm (8 Nm + 1.6 Nm)

Tighten the wrench on the bolt or nut until you hear a “click” sound and the tool-head eases. Then release the force immediately.

Bit Sockets
Instruction

Set the required direction of rotation at the reversible lever .

Put the required bit socket on the 1/4″ drive .

Set the required torque by turning the knob as below example (picture 1):
- Press the knob and then turn clockwise until „8“ is aligned with the cursor in the viewing window and „0“ on the scale is aligned with the indicator on the handle.
- Continue to turn the knob clockwise until „1.6“ on the scale is aligned with the indicator on the handle.
Then torque 9.6 Nm is set ( 8 Nm + 1.6 Nm = 9.6 Nm)

Tighten the wrench on bolt or nut until hearing „click“ sound and tool-head eases (picture 2), then release force immediately.
Notice
- The torque wrench has been calibrated to be accurate to ± 6 %.
- Before the first use or being unused for long time, be sure to repeat setting the torque to highest torque for 5-10 times so that the components within can be completely lubricated by the lubricant.
- Always set the torque to the lowest value when the wrench is not used.
- Keep the torque wrench clean and do not soak in any liquid.
- Do not apply force after the preset torque is reached or otherwise the work piece/the wrench may get damaged.
- Do not disassemble the torque wrench and please contact the local distributor if any problem or calibration demands.
- This is a high-precision measuring instrument and should not be used like a regular rachet.
