Your child’s safety depends on you. Proper trampoline usage can not be assured unless you follow these instructions.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Before you start to assemble:
Check the package and make sure you have all of the parts listed in the Parts List section of this user manual.

Do not install or use the product if any parts are missing or damaged. Store in a safe place until ready to install.

Make sure that you have plenty of space and a clean dry area suitable for the assembly of this trampoline. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE INTENDED SITE FOR THIS TRAMPOLINE IS

COMPLETELY FLAT AND LEVEL.
If the ground is uneven, this could cause movement in the frame and stress on the joined sections of the frame that could damage the trampoline and/or can cause serious injury. Never modify the construction or the design of the product. Do not use any unauthorized parts with this trampoline.

This pack may contain small parts and is not suitable for children under six (6) years of age to be nearby during assembly.

IMPORTANT: Save this manual for future reference.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

Step 1.
Open the frame and jump mat (1), put the trampoline face down on surface, press hard on the frame until flatness.

Step 2.Attach legs to the trampoline

  • Tightly screw legs into the leg sockets (3) of the trampoline frame.
  • Remove 2 leg caps (8) at the front of the trampoline. these will be needed to install the handle bar in the next step.

Step 3. Assemble handle bar
Lift the trampoline to a standing position. Attach handrail legs (4A) & (4B) to the two front legs without the caps, screw a little with adjustment knob (B), then replace leg caps (8) onto the handrail legs.

HANDRAIL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Step 4. Assemble handle bar support

  • Attach handrail support (6A) & (6B) to the middle of the handle bar.
  • Connect the assembled handle bar to handrail leg supports (4A) & (4B) and secure tightly with triangle adjustment knob (A) at the appropriate height level.

Warning: All legs (3), leg caps (8) and knobs bust be screwed tightly, so the legs will be in even height to avoid wobbling when use

ASSEMBLY TIPS

Tip 1.
The easiest way of folding: Step your foot near the joint, press the middle of the mat by one hand, then collapse the frame.

Tip2.
If the springs fall off or the triangle metal connectors are twisted, fold trampoline first, then you can easily install or straighten them.

Tip 3.
No need to remove the safety pad when folding/unfolding.

HOW TO PLAY

  • By bouncing on the trampoline, you can elevate your heart rate and have fun at the same time. Unlike some  other forms of endurance based exercises, the trampoline can significantly increase lower limb strength and power and enhance coordination

Bounces
Keep your legs together  and bounce, staying low

Jumping Jacks
Do jumping jacks on the trampoline for an extra energy boost.

Crossover Jacks
Jump and cross your arms and legs midair, switching sides on each jump.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Warning:

  • DO NOT attempt somersaults or flips. Paralysis or death can result if you land on your head or neck!
  • No more than one person on the trampoline at a time. Multiple users increase the risk of injury.
  • These instructions are important to minimize chances of injury. Please read them thoroughly before you assemble and use this trampoline.
  • Maximum weight of the user shall NOT exceed 330lbs/150 kgs for this product.
  • Ensure space clearance between the trampoline and the environment. Min. closure 10ft/3m from ground to the top and 6ft/1,80m on all sides  of the trampoline.
  • Save this manual for future reference.

Daily inspection before use:

  • Inspect legs for proper attachment or cracks.
  • Inspect springs if loose or damaged.
  • Inspect mat for tears or worn stitching.
  • Inspect frame for sagging or cracks.
