The radiator fan does not fit between the
radiator panels.| It is a narrow radiator, with a distance between the
radiator panels less than 7 cm.| Follow the steps for installing the radiator
fan on a narrow radiator, see section 3.3.3. If the fan still does not fit,

EXPLANATION OF GRAPHIC SYMBOLS ON THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING
PRODUCT FEATURES
DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
With the BlueBuilt radiator fans, the heat from radiators or convector heaters
is distributed evenly and efficiently throughout the space. With the help of
the radiator fans, a room is heated on average twice as fast as without a fan.
The radiators provide energy saving because the heating installation is
switched on less often. Radiator fans can easily be mounted on different
radiators by means of the magnetic attachment. Depending on the temperature of
the radiator, the fan is automatically switched on and off by the temperature
sensor. This manual describes the operation of the BlueBuilt Mono Set, and the
Extension Set. Multiple Extension Sets can be connected to the Mono Set. The
power adapter in the pack can power up to 10 fans.

INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
The BlueBuilt radiator fan is suitable for a number of different radiators. Using the images below, check which type of radiator the fan should be installed on, and read through the corresponding section for proper installation:
- Wide, double panel radiators, with a distance of 7 cm or more between the panels (type 20, 21, 22, 33)
- Narrow, double panel radiators, with a distance of 7 cm or less between the panels (type 20, 21)
- Single panel radiators (types 10 and 11)
- Convector heating with wall mount, or placed in a convector pit. Other types of heating.
INSTALLATION ON A WIDE DOUBLE PANEL RADIATOR
- Make sure the fan is facing up (with the logo facing up).
- Check that the fan magnets are fitted as shown in the figure below: fitted alternately.
- Place the fan at the bottom of the radiator between the radiator panels, where there are no radiator brackets or clamps. The fan magnets will automatically attach to the radiator. The installation of multiple fans follows in the same way.
- To connect the thermostat cable, the sensor and/or connect several fans, go to sections 3.4, 3.5, 3.6.
INSTALLATION ON A NARROW DOUBLE PANEL RADIATOR
This instruction is for installing fans on narrow, double panel radiators with
panels from 5.5 cm to 7 cm.
- Make sure the fan is facing up (with the logo facing up).
- Remove the magnets from the fan, invert them 180 degrees and put them back into the fan as shown in the figure below.
- Place the fan at the bottom of the radiator between the radiator panels, where there are no radiator brackets or clamps. The fan magnets will automatically attach to the radiator. The installation of multiple fans follows in the same way.
- To connect the power cable, the sensor and/or connect several fans, go to sections 3.4, 3.5, 3.6.
INSTALLATION ON A SINGLE PANEL RADIATOR
- Make sure the fan is facing up (with the logo facing up).
- Check that the magnets of the fan are fitted as shown in the figure below: all magnets must be fitted on one side of the fan.
- Place the fan at the bottom of the radiator on the radiator panel, between the wall and the radiator, where there are no radiator brackets or clamps. The fan magnets will automatically attach to the radiator. The installation of multiple fans follows in the same way.
- To connect the thermostat cable, the sensor and/or connect several fans, go to sections 3.4, 3.5, 3.6.
INSTALLATION UNDER A CONVECTOR / OTHER HEATING TYPES
- Remove the magnets from the fan and place them in the slots at the bottom of the fan according to the figure below.
- Place the fan under the convector. The installation of multiple fans follows in the same way.
- To connect the thermostat cable, the sensor and/or connect several fans, go to sections 3.4, 3.5, 3.6.
INSTALLING THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Place the magnetic temperature sensor at the radiator, near the hot water
supply (where the radiator first heats up). Insert the sensor connector into
one of the four fan ports.
NOTE!
The installation of one sensor is sufficient for connecting multiple fans. In
this case, make sure you connect the sensor to a radiator that heats up first.
CONNECTING THE THERMOSTAT CABLE
-
Connect the thermostat cable to the fan; insert the connector into an empty fan port.
-
Connect the thermostat cable USB-A connector to the power adapter, then plug the adapter into the socket. NOTE!
If multiple fans need to be connected, connect them first (see section 3.6) before plugging the adapter into the socket. Make sure the thermostat cable and temperature sensor cable are connected to the type C ports on the same side of the ventilator. -
Turn on the central heating. Wait for the radiator fan to automatically switch on. This occurs when the radiator temperature exceeds 30°c. The thermostat switches off automatically when the radiator cools down below 29°c. The thermostat shows the radiator temperature detected by the sensor.
CONNECTING MULTIPLE FANS
Multiple fans can be easily connected using the extension cable. Insert the
extension cable connector into an empty fan port connected to the thermostat
cable and sensor cable. Insert the other extension cable connector into an
empty port of a second fan. Install the second fan on the radiator according
to the instructions described in sections 3.3.1 – 3.3.4.
