INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR QUARTZ HEATER MOD. MAT-240BK /MAT-240R

DESCRIPTION

MateStar Mat-240BK Quartz Heater - Handie

Voltage: 220-24W
Frequency:50-60Hz
Two heating power: 1100W/2200W,IFX4
Quart heating element
With thermostat protection
Tip-over switrh protection

ASSEMBLY

  1. Carefully turn the appliance upside down to fit the castors.
  2. Slide the wheel plate at the right position.
  3. Secure the wheel plate by lightening the butterfly nut.
  4. Put the appliance In the upright position.
  5. Take out the cable from the cable bracket backside.

OPERATION

  1. Switch the heater to one of the following power settings:
    • I — low heating power;
    • II — high heating power;

  2. NOTE! This device will cool slowly after the power is Shut off. Allow the heater to cool prior to any movement. The built-In carry handle should be used for easy movement When this device is overheated it Is automatically turned off by a special security system. Unplug the device and let It cool down before activating it again.

  3.  Once you finished using the heater, turn the power switches to the “OFF” position, then unplug the main power supply.

CLEANING

  1. If not used for a long time, dean the heater’s surface and keep it in the original packing. Keep the heater in airy place and pay attention to avoid dampness.
  2. Use a damp cloth to dean the surface of appliance, avoid water going inside the appliance, and thy the appliance before use or store.

STORAGE

  1. Save the original packing for the off-season storage.
  2. Clean the heater according to the cleaning Instructions above.
  3. Remove the wheel base assemblies.
  4. Place the heater and the wheel assemblies in the original packing and store in dry place.

  8. The he voltage of the power, frequency should accord with the technical parameter request of the heater.

  10. Forbid touching the radiation cover when it is working, in order to prevent the high temperature from scalding the skin.
  11. Forbid working when pull down the net cover.
  12. When stop using, should pull out the plug carefully, and turn off the heater before purling out, don’t draw cable with hand.
  13. Should pack the machine well when won’t use it for a long time, prevent the dust, deposit to a dry and ventilate place.
  14. When only child, animal, people lack for self-control or difficulty moving themselves In the room, and nobody nurse them, should avoid using it.
  15. This heater is not equiped with device to control the room temperature, don’t use this heater in small room where they are occupied by person not capable of leaving the room on their own unless consistent supervision is provided.

  1. If the heater don’t heat up after starting the machine, please check whether the power is normal, whether the socket is good, retry it after checking carefully.
  2. Please send it to the service department for other obstacles.
