Product Information

The product is a Smart Light Strip that can be controlled using the Cocoon Connect app. It requires a mobile device with Android version 4.1 or later or iOS version 8 or later. The Light Strip comes with an adaptor that needs to be plugged into a powerpoint. It has a pairing mode indicator where it blinks rapidly in white to show it is in pairing mode. If the Light Stripdoesn’t blink rapidly, the user needs to hold the button on the controller for 5 seconds or refer to the manual for further instructions.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before starting, ensure you have the following:

   • A mobile device (Android V4.1 or later, or iOS V8 or later)
   • A power socket
   • A Wi-Fi connection (with the password handy)
   • Downloaded the Cocoon Connect app

2. Register an account if you are a first-time user and follow the prompts on the screen.

3. Plug the Light Strip’s adaptor into a powerpoint.

4. The Light Strip will blink rapidly in white to indicate it is in pairing mode. If it doesn’t blink rapidly, hold the button on the controller for 5 seconds or refer to the manual.

5. Add the Light Strip in the Cocoon Connect app by selecting “Lighting” and then “Add New Device”.

6. If you encounter any issues during this step, make sure your
   The Wi-Fi password is correct. If the issue persists, refer to the Instruction Manual.

7. The Light Strip will go solid white to indicate it has been paired successfully.

8. You can now use, manage, and control your Smart Light Strip from the Cocoon Connect app.

App Setup

Install Light strip

Plug the Light Strip’s adaptor into a powerpoint

1. Confirm pairing mode
   1. The Light Strip will blink rapidly in white to show it’s in pairing mode
   2. If your Light Strip doesn’t blink rapidly, hold the button on the controller for 5 seconds, or refer to your manual

Add the light strip

Connect Light Strip to Wi–fi

If you have any issues with this step, ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct If you are still having issues, please check your Instruction Manual

Light STrip added successfully

Light Strip will initially go solid white to indicate it has been paired successfully

Use, manage, and control your Smart Light Strip from the Cocoon Connect app
