INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE LULLABY STARDUST BEAR & LULLABY STARDUST BUNNY

FOR AGES: FROM 0 MONTHS
WARNINGS: Please read these instructions and keep them for future reference. This product requires 2 x 1.5VAAA batteries, not supplied with the product.
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

WARNINGS:

For the child’s safety.

WARNING!

Plastic bags and other components which are not part of the product (e.g. ties, fasteners, etc.) must be removed before use and kept out of reach of children. Choking hazard and suffocation risk.
Do not add strings or straps. Choking hazard.
WARNING: Possible entanglement injury. Keep out of the baby’s reach. Remove the mobile from the crib or playpen when the baby begins to push up on hands and knees.
WARNING: Attach this toy out of the reach of the child. To prevent possible injury by entanglement, remove this toy when the child starts trying to get up on its hands and knees in a crawling position.
Every now and then check that the toy is firmly attached to the cot.
This product is only meant for attachment to cots with rigid sides
Regularly inspect the toy for signs of wear and damage. If any part of the product is damaged, do not use and keep out of the reach of children.
Do not use this product in any way other than what is illustrated in the manual.
Use this toy under adult supervision only.
This product must only be assembled by an adult.
The toy is designed to send the child to sleep.

SWITCHING THE PRODUCT ON/OFF

To turn on the product undo the velcro on the bottom of the toy (fig.1) and remove the electronic module. Move the switch (fig.2) from 0 to I or II (depending on the desired volume) and an automatic music and light cycle of about 15 minutes will come on, accompanying your child in the delicate transition from wakefulness to sleep.
Return the electronic module to the cavity in the toy and close the velcro.

HOW TO USE THE TOY

Switching the toy on activates all of its functions: night light and melodies. To listen to the subsequent tune press the button on the belly of the toy once (fig.3). Pressing it six times will switch off all the functions, while pressing and holding for three seconds will switch off the melody feature. Press once to reactivate the features. At the end of the 15-minute cycle, the product will go into standby mode.

REMOVING AND INSERTING NON-RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES

Batteries must only be replaced by an adult;
WARNING: Dispose of used batteries immediately. Keep the new and used batteries out of the reach of children.
If there is reason to believe that the batteries have been swallowed or inserted into any part of the body, seek immediate medical advice.
To replace the batteries: using a screwdriver, loosen the screw on the battery compartment, remove the spent batteries and insert the new batteries ensuring that they are in the right direction (as indicated on the product).
Replace the cover and tighten the screw.
Always keep batteries and tools out of reach of children;
Always remove spent batteries from the product to prevent any possible liquid leaks from causing damage;
If the batteries are leaking liquid, replace them immediately, making sure to clean the battery compartment; thoroughly wash your hands if they have come into contact with the liquid;
Always remove the batteries if the product will not be used for a long period of time;
Only use alkaline batteries of the same type or equivalent to the type recommended for the correct functioning of this product;
Never mix alkaline, standard (zinc-carbon) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries;
Never mix new and old batteries;
Do not throw dead batteries in fire or leave them in the environment; they must be disposed of through waste sorting;
Do not short-circuit the power terminals;
Do not try to recharge non-rechargeable batteries: they might explode;
The use of rechargeable batteries is not recommended as the toy may not work properly;
When using rechargeable batteries, remove them from the toy before recharging and recharge only under the supervision of an adult;
Remove the batteries from the toy before disposing of it;
The product is not designed to work with replaceable Lithium batteries.
WARNING Improper use may cause hazards.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

When not in use, store the toy in a place protected against sources of heat, dust, and humidity.
Before washing, remove the battery compartment.
