Unpacking and Device Checking
Please unbox and take out the device and all accessories carefully, and ensure
all lists have been gotten before discarding the cardboard box.
If any items are lost or damaged in transit, please contact with our

Handling Precautions
※ Do not overcharge the battery Please stop charging if it can’t be fully
charge within required time. The battery probably overheats, smokes, bursts or
suddenly be on fire due to abnormal charging process.
※ Do not discard battery in a fire, microwave or high pressure container. The
battery probably overheats, smokes, bursts or suddenly be on fire.
※ Do not expose damaged battery near any fire. If the battery is broken,
leaking or with an abnormal odor, please remove it from flammable areas
immediately. The fluid in the battery is flammable, which may cause smoke and
fire.
※ Do not use abnormal battery If the battery is with odd smelly, discolored,
deformed, etc., please stop charging immediately.
※ Please use authorized power adaptor To comply with warranty terms and avoid
damages, charge the battery using a specified charger for best performance.
※ Desktop charging The desktop charger must be away from the flammable places.
Please make sure the radio working properly and without any damage while
charging, do not put the radio into the charger’s socket if no need of
charging.
Battery Care
※ Fully Charge Battery Before Initial Use
a. Do preserve battery life by switching off a device and removing the
batteries when it’s not being used, and is not expected to be used for
extended periods of time.
b. Do practice proper battery storage by keeping batteries in a cool, dry
place at normal room temperature.
※ Properly Store Batteries
a. Remove the battery from the device.
b. Charge and discharge the battery to 40%-65% if it will not be used for 10
days or more. This can greatly extend the battery life.
c. The battery should drop below 65% when it is idle for more than 10 days to
prevent it from swelling.
d. Store the battery in cool and dry environment that’s less than 25C.
※ Features of Lithium Battery
a. Battery capacity will reduce after multiple charging cycles.
b. The battery capacity drops gradually even without being used.
c. Longer charging time is required in shady place.
d. Charging and storing Lithium battery in warm condition will short its
lifespan. Please do not leave them inside the vehicle or near the heater.
e. If the battery working time has reduced significantly, please replace the
battery immediately in avoidance of fluid leakage.
※ Lithium Battery Charging
a. Connect the device with an AC adapter, power on, the LED turns to red.
b. The LED shows green of fully charged.
c. The LED is off under high operating temperature, poor contact, or battery
damage.

PTT: Press the PTT button to transmit; release to receive.
Side Button F1: Short press to playback the recording.
Side Button F2: Long press for 3 seconds for SOS, press PTT to exit. Short
press to switch between DMR mode and PoC mode.
Volume Knob: Rotate the Volume Control Knob clockwise to increase the volume,
while rotate counterclockwise to decrease the volume.
Accessories Installation

Insert SIM card and MicroSD Fi

Attaching the Antenna Set the antenna in the receptacle and turn clockwise until snug to provide best protection against water and dust. Turn the antenna anticlockwise to remove it.
(Note: Do not hang key-chain or something else on the antenna, or itil damage the antenna and affect signal strength.)

Attaching the Belt Clip Align the holes on the clip and rafts. and fixed with two crews. Loosen the scres to remove the belt clip.

Attaching the Battery
(a) Take out the battery cover buckle.
(b) Align the battery with the rails on the back of the radio.
(c) Press the battery firmly, make sure the electrical connection touch with the bottom, and slide upwards until the latch snaps into place.
(d) Close the battery cover, flip the latch close and press it until it locks in place. -
Attaching the Earphone
Align and connect the M connector earphone, and lock the crews.

Charging
Connect the radio and charger according to the direction shown as below.
Basic Functions

Powering Up and Powering Off the Radio
• Power On: Long press the power button for 3 seconds and the program will start.
• Power Off: Long press the power button for 3 seconds. If the device is on charging, indicators will be in red and display the current battery level. -
User Log-in After the user log in successfully, user ID will be broadcast.

Initiate a Call
• Press PTT button and start to talk.
• The LED light is solid red during transmitting.
• The LED light is solid green during receiving.
• If occupied when other person is talking, the PTT button is invalid.
• The call ends automatically once it lasts more than 60 seconds, which could be set to 1-60 seconds by APP. -
Voice Playback
• Short press the F1 button to playback cyclically the latest 10 voice records.
• Press the PTT button, return automatically to the last voice record. -
DMR Functions
(a) Click DMR icon, press PTT to talk if two devices have the same frequency.
(b) If you cannot talk, please confirm if the power control is turned on which has shown as following.
(d) Switch DMR and PoC mode as following(if use our solution). If it shows non-DMR, press the orange side button to switch to DMR mode. If it shows PoC which means it connects to public network.
(e) DMR mode upgrading, follow steps as below

Open “Settings”, tap on ‘SIM cards’, select the slot that you need to connect.
Application Management

Using PC to transfer the APK file to the device if you want to install the APP, access terminal file manager to install.

Basic Troubleshooting
If your device shows following problem during operating, please check the instruction as below. If problems can’t be solved, please contact local authorized service.

Unable to Power On | The battery maybe incorrectly installed. – Re-attaching |

The battery may be in poor contact due to dirty or damage. – Clean the
electrical contact or replace it.
Terminal Crash| Too much APPS on processing.
– Force some programs to quit or restart the terminal.
Buttons Not Working| The buttons may not work temporarily. restart the
terminal.
The buttons is broken, contact the dealer or our company.
White Screen Error| Display screen may not work temporarily, restart the
device.
The display screen is damaged. contact the dealer or our company.
Echo or Noise During Connecting| The signal may be weak. make sure the
terminal is within network coverage.
– Restart the radio and it’ll automatically search for better available
network.
The speaker may be covered, dean the speaker surface.
Unable to Locate| The signal is weak and the radio can’t receive the signal. –
Move to open and flat area and try again.
Unable to Detect SIM Card| The SIM card may be incorrectly installed. – Remove
and re-insert the SIM card.
Localized poor coverage due to basement, blocking buildings or destructive
interference, and geographical distance from obstacles between your radio and
the nearest cell tower.
– Please move to somewhere with improved signal.
Poor Reception| Localized network is busy during rush hours.
– Please wait for a while before another attempt or try to avoid using in rush
hours.
The SIM card may be not working due to dirt or damage. – Clean the electrical
contact or replace it.
Unable to Charge| The power adapter plug may be damaged or poor contacting. –
Pull out and re-plug the adapter.
The charging cable connectors may be damaged or poor contact. – Pull out and
re-insert the cable.
Less Duration| The duration mostly depends on network service provider
settings.
Shorter Standby Time| The battery life becomes shorter in high temperature
environment. – Replace a new qualified battery.
Power consumption increased in areas with weak signal. – Please temporarily
tum off the device.
Can’t Connect to Network| The SIM card cannot work properly or cannot be used.
– Make sure the SIM card has a balance instead of arrears.
The mobile network not available.
– Select SIM card network, and contact the operator to activate the cellular
network.
In areas with poor signal, out of network service, or SIM card is not
effective.
– Remove the SIM cards, and reinsert them properly, or change another one.
Move to somewhere with better network signal or go to the window if you are in
the building.

WARNING: The warranty is valid only when it’s total and duly completed,

PURCHASE GUARANTEE:
The guarantee includes all the rights that the consumer or user has in
accordance with the provisions of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of
November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the
Defense of Consumers and Users. These warranty conditions are independent of
the rights that the consumer or user has against the seller derived from the
contract of sale of the device.
This device is guaranteed for a period of 2 years, to repair free of charge
any breakdown or defect provided that it is due to a manufacturing problem or
a defective component that involves a malfunction of the device. The guarantee
is unique and non-transferable, and cannot be issued again either in original
or in copy. The replacement by failure of the device, any accessory or part
thereof will not imply an extension of the warranty. In the event that the
device is replaced by a new one, the term will always have at least a 6-month
warranty period from delivery, but in no case does a new 2-year period begin.
The warranty covers the replacement and free replacement of all parts that
present defects in the materials and components used in the manufacture and/or
assembly of the device.
Checking the accessories is the responsibility of the end customer at the time
of purchase of the device.
The warranty does not cover rechargeable batteries even if they are part of
the device because they are considered fungible material. Its possible defect
must be notified within a maximum period of FIFTEEN DAYS counted from the date
of purchase of the device.
The warranty does not cover possible failures caused by accidents, improper
installation and use, use of non- original or incompatible accessories,
connection to a voltage other than that specified, or claims due to
deterioration in the external appearance due to normal use or repairs or
manipulations carried out by personnel outside the Technical Service.
The warranty will be voided in devices and accessories in which the serial
number has been modified or is illegible.
The warranty will also be voided by any firmware update done by unauthorized
personnel, frequency range modification as well as any damage to the power
transistor.
For warranty conditions it is necessary to deliver the damaged device along
with its accessories and the following documents to the seller’s establishment
or the Technical Service:
- Purchase invoice or original ticket.
- Description of the fault or defects found.
We recommend that you save the invoice or purchase ticket of the device during your warranty period.
