The Atomi Sma WiFi Coffee Maker with Grinder is a smart coffee maker that allows you to control and monitor your coffee brewing process using the Atomi Sma app. The coffee maker comes with a built-in grinder, ensuring that you have freshly ground coffee beans for each brew. It is compatible with both iOS and Android devices, and can be connected to your home WiFi network.
Product Usage Instructions
- Download the Atomi Sma app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to register an account.
- Press “Add Device” or the + sign in the app and select the smart device from the device list.
- Select the right WiFi network and enter the WiFi password. Note that the coffee maker can only connect to 2.4GHz WiFi networks.
- Plug in your smart coffee maker and press “Continue” in the Atomi Sma app.
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to connect your coffee maker to the WiFi network.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during setup or usage, refer to the following troubleshooting tips:
- If you can’t find the “atomic-sma-XXXX” network in your WiFi list, ensure that the coffee maker is plugged in and the WiFi indicator is blinking quickly. If not, unplug and plug it back in to reboot.
- If your WiFi network doesn’t appear in the Atomi Sma app, ensure that your smartphone has a strong WiFi signal near the coffee maker. Move the coffee maker closer to the router if needed.
- If you are unable to connect to your WiFi network, verify that you have entered the correct WiFi password during setup. Check your internet connection and reset the WiFi router if necessary.
- If your Atomi Sma device appears as “Unavailable” in the app, refresh the device list.
- If the Atomi Sma app freezes, force quit and relaunch it.
- If you have replaced your router, reset the WiFi by holding down the power button until the LED changes from amber to blinking white. Follow steps 3-5 to associate your coffee maker with the new network.
- If problems persist, try the following steps in order: 1. Force quit and relaunch the app. 2. Unplug and plug back in the coffee maker. 3. Unplug and plug back in the router. 4. Delete and reinstall the app.
Maintenance
To ensure the proper functioning of your Atomi Sma WiFi Coffee Maker with Grinder, regular cleaning is essential. Failure to clean the grinder can lead to clogging and malfunctioning of the mechanism. The frequency of cleaning depends on usage and the type of beans used, with oilier beans requiring more frequent cleaning. It is recommended to clean the coffee maker at least once a month to prevent the accumulation of bean particles and oil.

Download the Atomi Smat app from the App Store or Google Play
Register
Follow the on-screen instructions and register an account.
Add your smart device
Press “Add Device” or the “+” sign and choose the smart device to install from the device list.
Select the right network
Enter your WiFi password and “Confirm”. Make sure you’re connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network (Atomi Smart can’t connect to 5GHz networks).
Plug in your smart device
And press “Continue” on the Atomi Smart app.
Connect to the network
Press “Go to Connect and follow the instructions on the screen.

Troubleshooting

I can’t find the atomi.smart. XXXX network in my WiFi list.
Make sure your Atomi Smart device is plugged in and the WiFi indicator is blinking quickly. If not, unplug your Atomi Smart device and plug it back in to reboot. -
My WiFi network doesn’t appear in the Atomi Smart app.
Use your smartphone to confirm that you have at least two WiFi bars in the vicinity of your Atomi Smart device. If not. move your Atomi Smart device closer to your router. (The list will refresh every 10 seconds). -
Cannot connect to my WiFi network.
Make sure that you have entered the correct WiFi password during setup. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is too weak. reset your WiFi router and try again. -
My Atomi Smart device appears as “Unavailable” in the app.
Refresh the device list. -
My Atomi Smart app is frozen.
Force quit and re- launch the Atomi Smart app. -
I just replaced my router.
To reset the WiFi without losing your Atomi Smart devices settings. hold down the power button and wait for the LED to change from amber to blinking white, then release. When the LED begins to alternate white and amber. follow steps 3-5 to associate your Atomi Smart device with your new network.
I’m still having trouble!
WiFi networks come in a lot of shapes and sizes with many quirks of their own.
It doesn’t mean your Atomi Smart device is malfunctioning. If problems
persist, please try these steps, in this order.
- Force quit and re-launch the Atomi Smart app. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
- Unplug your Atomi Smart device and plug it back in. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
- Unplug your router and plug it back in. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
- Delete and reinstall the Atomi Smart app. Check to see if this fixes the issue

Maintenance
You MUST clean your Atomi Smart WiFi Coffee Maker with Grinder from time to
time. If the grinder is not cleaned, bean particle and oil accumulation will
eventually start clogging the mechanism and it will stop working. By cleaning
your device, you will keep it working well and property. The frequency of
cleaning depends on how often you use the grinder. It also depends on the type
of beans that you use, because some are very oily. Atomi recommends that you
clean your Atomi Smart WiFi Coffee Maker with Grinder at least once a month.
The more often you clean the grinder. the less the accumulation.
CAUTIOn
- ALWAYS unplug the electrical supply cord prior to cleaning the grinder and allow it to cool.
- NEVER clean the grinder using running water.
- NEVER use abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents.
Cleaning instructions
- Remove the 4 screws from the bean compartment.
- Remove the screw from the grinder.
- This is the part that must be cleaned. You cannot remove any other place. Use a coffee grinder cleaning brush, toothbrush, paper towel, or a tweezer to remove excess beans particles and oils. You can also use blown air to dislodge anything remaining
