JONARD TOOLS CST-25RB Precision Cable Stripper Instructions
Disassembly

Lower the blade by turning the screw on the bottom counterclockwise with a flathead screwdriver.

Push the blade assembly to the top of the housing.

Disassemble the lever via flathead screwdriver.

Slowly push the release button to remove the blade assembly.
NOTE: Accessories will separate quickly. Be sure not to lose any components. -
Discard the old blade.
Blade Assembly Instructions
- Insert the hexagonal shaft into the unit, with the steps of the shaft facing the back of the tool (without logo).
- Insert the round shaft into the hexagonal shaft if it is not already in.
- Place the washer on the blade assembly, with the flat side facing the flat side of the round shaft.
- Place the blade then spring onto the blade assembly.
- Place the blade housing on top of the blade assembly, with the large hole facing the flat side.
- While guiding the blade assembly, raise it to the top of the housing.
- Align the holes of the blade assembly by pushing the round shaft upwards using a screwdriver.
- While holding the blade assembly aligned, insert the lever, and screw it into the blade assembly.
