Product Usage Instructions

  1. Set Up:
  2. Remove the shipping support brackets.
  3. Attach the wheel kit.
  4. Add engine oil. Recommended oil type: 10W-30, up to 16.9 fl. oz. (500 ml). Do not overfill.
  5. Start Up:
  6. Move the generator outdoors to an open, outdoor area. Point the exhaust away. Never run the generator in enclosed areas (e.g., house or garage).
  7. Add fuel – Gasoline or Propane/LPG.
  8. Gasoline Operation: Do not use E15 or E85 fuel.
  9. Select Fuel: Turn the fuel select dial to the appropriate position based on the fuel type chosen (GASOLINE RUN for gasoline, PROPANE RUN for propane).
  10. Starting the Engine – Gasoline:
  * Move the choke lever to the CHOKE position.
  * Pull the starter cord.
  * Move the choke lever to the RUN position.
6.  **Starting the Engine – Propane/LPG (Manual Start):**
  * Open the propane tank valve.
  * Move the choke lever to the CHOKE position.
  * Pull the recoil cord 2-3 times.
  * Move the choke lever to the RUN position.
  * Pull the recoil cord to start the engine.

Set Up

  1. Open shipping carton. Assembly > Unboxing

  2. Remove brackets. Assembly > Remove Shipping Support Brackets.

  3. Attach wheel kit. Assembly > Install Wheel Kit

  4. Add oil. Assembly > Add Engine Oil.
    Recommended: 10W-30, up to 16.9 fl. oz. (500 ml) DO NOT overfill.

  5. Move the generator outdoors.
    Move generator to an open, outdoor area.
    Point exhaust away. Never run generator in enclosed areas (e.g., not in house or garage).
    Keep all objects at least 5 feet (1.5 m) from generator. Heat from the muffler and exhaust gas can ignite combustible materials.

  6. Add fuel – Gasoline or Propane (LPG)
    ° Assembly > Add Fuel
    FOR GASOLINE OPERATION: DO NOT USE E15 OR E85

  7. DO NOT plug in any electrical devices.
    NEVER START OR STOP THE GENERATOR WITH ELECTRICAL DEVICES CONNECTED OR TURNED ON!

  8. Select Fuel. Operation > Starting the Engine.
    Gasoline: Turn fuel select dial to “GASOLINE RUN” position. Propane: Turn fuel select dial to “PROPANE RUN” position.

  9. Starting the Engine: Gasoline

  10. Move the choke lever to the “CHOKE” position.

  11. Pull the starter cord.

  12. Move the choke lever to the “RUN” position.

  13. Starting the Engine: Propane (LPG)
    Manual Start

  14. Open the propane tank valve.

  15. Move the choke lever to the “CHOKE” position.

  16. Pull the recoil cord 2-3 times.

  17. Move the choke lever to the “RUN” position.

  18. Pull the recoil cord.

  19. Plug in. Operation > Connecting Electrical Loads.
