BN Products DC-20WH Electric-Hydraulic Rebar Cutter
Product Information
The DC-20WH is a heavy-duty portable, electric-hydraulic rebar cutter. It has a cutting pressure of 15 tons and can cut rebar up to #6 (3/4) diameter (Grade 60). It is spark-free and provides efficient cold-cutting. The cutter includes a safety relief valve for retracting the piston and a cutting guard as standard features. It comes with a carrying case, hydraulic oil, and a maintenance tool kit. Tune-up kits and replacement supplies are sold separately.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the cutter is placed on a stable and level surface.
- Connect the cutter to a suitable power source.
- Check the hydraulic oil level and add oil if necessary.
- Insert the rebar into the cutting area, ensuring it is positioned correctly.
- Press the cutting button to activate the cutter.
- Allow the cutter to complete the cutting process, which takes approximately 3 seconds.
- Release the cutting button and remove the cut rebar from the cutting area.
- After use, disconnect the cutter from the power source and store it safely in the carrying case.

INSTRUCTION
