Warning levels

  6. Cleaning the device

    • Scratches, discolouration, damage caused by moisture or short circuit in the device
    • Disconnect the device prior to cleaning

    • Make sure there is no residual moisture after cleaning We recommend cleaning devices using a dry, anti-static cloth

Installation

  1. Turn OFF the power to your computer and any other connected peripheral devices.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the computer and remove your computer‘s cover.
  3. Put the Backplane in one free 2x 5.25″ bay and fix it with the screws.
  4. Connect the SATA connectors to the referring connectors on the main board. (SATA cables not included)
  5. Connect the 2x internal Molex power cables to the power supply of your PC. Replace the computer cover and reconnect the power cord.
