Product Information
This product is an axle stabilizer designed to provide stabilization for trailers. It helps prevent rocking and movement of the trailer when parked and leveled. The stabilizers are intended for use with tire spacing ranging from 3-1/2 to 12 inches.

Important Safety Information

  • Stabilizers are for stabilization only and will not prevent a trailer from rolling.
  • The trailer must be parked and leveled with tires chocked in front and back on both sides before using stabilizers.
  • This product is not a toy and should not be used by children.
  • Remove stabilizers before hitching, lifting, or moving the trailer.
  • Inspect the stabilizers before each use and do not use them if any parts are loose or damaged.
  • Be aware of dynamic loading, as sudden load movement may cause excess load and product failure.

Installation
Follow these steps to install the stabilizers:

  1. 1. Place a stabilizer vertically between two tires so that the pads make contact with the tire treads.
  2. Tighten the bolt wings by hand until snug.

Note : Stabilizers can be flipped upside down if fenders are causing interference. Use the included wrench to tighten the adjustment bolt clockwise until the stabilizer is wedged firmly between the tires.

Note: The adjustment bolt must be fully tightened with the wrench.

  1. Repeat steps 1-2 for the other side of the trailer.

WARNING! To prevent serious injury, be sure to remove stabilizers before hitching, lifting, or moving the trailer.

WARNING! TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY: Axle stabilizers are intended for stabilization only and will not prevent a trailer from rolling. The trailer must be parked and leveled with tires chocked in front and back on both sides of the trailer before using stabilizers.

Installation

NOTICE: Stabilizers must be placed vertically between tires, if placed horizontally, tire damage or rocking may occur.

  1. Place a Stabilizer vertically between two tires so the Pads will make contact with the tire treads and tighten Bolt Wings by hand until snug.
    Note: Stabilizers can be flipped upside down if fenders are causing interference. se included Wrench to tighten the adjustment Bolt (clockwise) until Stabilizeris wedged firmly between tires.
    NOTICE: The adjustment Bolt must be fully tightened with Wrench.

  2. Repeat steps 1-2 for the other side of the trailer.
    WARNING! TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY: Be sure to remove Stabilizers before hitching, lifting, or moving the trailer.

Removal
Use included Wrench to loosen the Adjustment Nut (counterclockwise) and remove the Stabilizers.
