Grodan RAK7249 Gateway Instructions
RAK 7249 gateway – instructions for safe use:
The candidate list according to Article 59 of the Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restrictions of Chemicals (REACH) has been published on 28 October 2008. We are aware about the legal obligations this publication triggers, that is the information requirements according to Article 33(1) REACH and will comply with them.
The RAK 7249 gateway has been assessed in accordance with REACH. The device has been found to contain specific individual parts that in turn contain substances on the REACH Candidate List (see list of substances identified below). Please follow these instructions for safe use of the gateway:
- Only use the gateway device for its intended purpose as part of the GroSens system, and according to the instructions provided.
- Do not open or service the device.
- The device is to be disposed of according to local ordinances governing the disposal of electronics goods.
Current knowledge available to us on the presence of substances included in the candidate list above a concentration of 0.1% weight by weight in specific individual device components (articles) is as follows: lead, 4.4’-diaminodiphenylmethane, formaldehyde-oligomeric reaction products with aniline, bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, medium-chain chlorinated paraffins, fatty acids-C16-18-lead salts, boric acid, disodium tetraborate, tetraboron disodium heptaoxide, diboron trioxide ,disodium octaborate, orthoboric acid sodium salt, [phthalate(2-)]dioxotrilead, dioxobis(stearate)trilead, lead cyanamidate, lead dinitrate, lead monoxide, lead oxide sulfate, lead tetroxide, pentalead tetraoxide sulphate, pyrochlore antimony lead yellow, sulphurous acid-lead salt dibasic, tetralead trioxide sulphate, basic lead carbonate, trilead dioxide phosphonate, lead di(acetate).
