Product Information

The GroSens 2.2 is a cloud bridge installation system designed by Grodan Group. Grodan Group specializes in providing innovative and sustainable stone wool substrate solutions for the professional horticultural sector. The GroSens 2.2 system is based on Precision Growing principles and is primarily used for the cultivation of vegetables and flowers. In addition to the cloud bridge installation system, Grodan Group also offers tailor-made advice and tools to support Precision Growing and promote sustainable production of healthy, safe, and tasty fresh produce for consumers.

Select grower type: Vegetables (For vegetables, fruit and flower) Other (For medical crops market)
Select the region you are located. The Cloud Bridge is currently only supported in Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
Accept the Terms and Conditions
Select set-up cloud grosens system $Grodan-GroSens-2 $1$$

Let’s Start: System explanation

Step 1: Gateway Installation and Cloud Bridge Creation

Scan the QR code on the gateway.
NOTE: Do not plug in ethernet/power the gateway yet, that is a later step
The actual number of created cloud bridges varies. $Grodan-GroSens-2 $3$$

Step 1: Gateway installation

Connect the antenna. $Grodan-GroSens-2 $4$$ NOTE: 2 antennas are delivered with the gateway. Ideally, use the longest antenna. $Grodan-GroSens-2 $5$$
If you have subscribed to e-Gro, connect to your e-Gro account. Otherwise, skip this step.
Enter the facility name and press next.
Select the timezone and press OK and next.
Enter your email address for recovery purposes.
Select “Done” to complete the cloud bridge installation.

Step 2: Cloud bridge installation

Optional: Connection to e-Gro account.
NOTE: if you have not subscribed to e-Gro you will skip this step
Enter facility name and press next
Select timezone, press OK and next
Enter your email address for recovery purposes. Note this is needed for events such as getting a new phone or when disconnected from the cloud bridge $Grodan-GroSens-2 $6$$
Select Done $Grodan-GroSens-2 $7$$

Step 3: Add GroSens Sensors

Select the sensor to install and follow the onscreen instructions. For detailed information on GroSens sensor installation, refer to the GroSens installation manual. $Grodan-GroSens-2 $8$$

Step 4: Create a Room or Zone

Name your room and select the correct substrate type. $Grodan-GroSens-2 $9$$
