Razor 2014 Crazy Cart
Replacement Procedures
-
Using a Phillips screw driver remove seven screws from the battery cover from the Throttle side
-
Locate and disconnect the connector from the Throttle to the Controller
-
Flip the unit on the side and unthread the Throttle cable from the unit
-
Using a Phillips screw driver remove three screws that hold the throttle onto the frame of the unit.
Reverse the procedures
- Place the new Foot Pedal Throttle in place
- Secure it with the screws
- Secure Throttle cable onto frame and Re-connect throttle to controller.
- Re-attach Battery cover with screws
Attention: Charge battery 12 hours before using
