Description

The SCS 497 Series Electronic Service Vacuum is designed to clean electronics equipment. It removes particulate such as small components, toner, dirt, and dust. The Electronics Service Vacuum meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 and contains a one- horsepower, six amp motor. Its hose and accessories are dissipative. This allows electrostatic charges to be drained to ground when the vacuum is connected to an electrical receptacle.

WARNING
Improper connection of the equipment grounding conductor can result in the risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service person if you are in doubt as to whether the electrical outlet is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the vacuum. If the plug does not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

Operation

Use the power switch to power the vacuum ON. Use the carrying handle or SV-CS1 carrying strap to carry and transport the vacuum.
