**HOFFMAN CPC4823 CONCEPT Side-Mounted Panels Installation Guide

Hinge Side:
- Install side-mounted panel into enclosure as shown in Figures 2 and 3.
- Torque M8 hex flanged nuts to 7.7 ft-lbs (21 Nm) and M5 pan head screws to 22.5 in-lbs (2.5 Nm).
Latch Side:
- Using center punch locations on the enclosure body flange, drill four (4) .203 inch diameter holes.
- Install the hinge mounting brackets as shown in Figure 1. Torque M4 pan head screws to 22 in-lbs (2.5 Nm).
- Install side-mounted panel into enclosure as shown in Figure 3. Torque M8 hex flanged nuts to 7.7 ft-lbs (21 Nm), and M5 pan head screws to 22.5 in-lbs (2.5 Nm)
