Video Conference Auto Tracking Camera – VC0004
The Video Conference Auto Tracking Camera – VC0004 is a high-quality camera designed for video conferences, meetings, and other applications. The VC0004 camera is equipped with a 4 MIC Array System, featuring a 4 digital microphone array with a 10-meter voice pickup range. Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the speaker (Speaker sold separately) to the camera.
- Press the Start button and check if the camera is connected correctly by confirming the displayed images on the screen. If the images captured by the camera are playing back, it means the camera is successfully connected.
- Adjust the camera settings as needed. If there are multiple cameras or if the camera is not displayed, click to replace the camera.
- Start the photo booth software and select the VC0004 camera. The preview screen will display the images captured by the VC0004.
- Use the provided remote control to adjust settings such as brightness, chroma, saturation, contrast, and acutance.
- Take advantage of the advanced features of the camera, including the built-in 4 digital microphone array with a 10-meter voice pickup range and automatic voice location.
- Refer to the Remote Control Specification for details on operating the remote control, including the power button, answer/end button, volume button, speaker mute button, microphone mute button, and Bluetooth button.
- Take necessary precautions for electrical safety, transportation, and power supply as mentioned in the user manual.
- Do not disassemble the camera without authorization. Read the product manual carefully before installation.

Remote Control Specification

- If you press “*” + the number 5 key first, the duration of the person speaking needs to be greater than five seconds before the camera can turn. The duration of speaking is less than five seconds, the camera will not turn. After successfully connecting the VC0004, the sound tracking function will be turned on by default.
- Menu button: Enter or exit the camera menu.
- Camera PTZ control button: Use the control button to adjust the camera to the position you want. Press the HOME button to return the camera to the middle position.
- Preset position setting button: Press the PRESET button + number button (1-9) to save the corresponding preset position of the camera.
- Preset position clear button: Press the RESET button + number button (1-9) to clear the corresponding preset position of the camera.

Precaution
- Electrical Safety
- Confirm country and local electrical safety standards when using or installing the product. The product itself has no power switch. Please stop power supply or plug out power socket when it is not in a good working situation. Video wire and control wire should be insulated and individually connected, so that there is no confusion with other wires.
- Transportation with Care
- Product should be protected against extreme stress, vibration and moisture in transport, storage and installation.
- It is transported by integrated packing style.

- Installation with Care
- Don’t turn the camera head manually. Doing so may result in mechanical damage.
- The product should be put on a stable horizontal table and not be installed at an angle, which may cause a tilted image.
- Don’t focus the camera directly on the sun or other bright objects no matter when in use or not, it may affect image quality.
- Don’t apply corrosive liquid, gas or solid, to avoid damaging the cover which is made up of plastic material.
- Make sure there is no obstacle with the camera’s rotational range when installing.
- Never power on before installation has been completed.

- There is no part for users to disassemble voluntarily. Parrot Products is not responsible for any unauthorized modification or dismantling.

Image aspect
No image displayed
- To check whet her the camera power is connected, the voltage is normal, and the power indicator is always on.
- Plugin the power again, to check whether the camera can self test normally.

Warranty and Service Information
This product is provided a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase for defects in materials and workmanship (subject to the terms set forth below). It shall be returned to the dealer in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. The following information must be presented to obtain Warranty Service: (a) the product, (b) proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the date of purchase and the product type, and (c) reason for return.
This Warranty does not cover defects or damages that result from:
- improper storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse;
- contact with liquid, extreme humidity, extreme heat, or food;
- use of the product or accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessories to abnormal usage or conditions;
- other acts which are not the fault of Dealer.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance or installation, or attempted repair by anyone other than the dealer or the dealer’s authorized repair center. This warranty does not cover defects or damages that result from the use of Dealer’s branded or uncertified products, accessories, or other peripheral equipment, nor does this Warranty apply to products which have not been charged for six (6) months. If the battery in a product has not been charged for a period of six (6) months, the product might not function or regain its full potential and long-term performance. The dealer does not offer any warranty for such performance.
