Take your time and read the following instructions and information completely.
Please keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference. If you
sell the device, please pass these operating instructions on to the new owner.
The HDMI switching desk allows you to use three digital HDMI-compatible video
sources with digital playback devices that support HDMI. The switching desk is
specifically designed for use in home theatres to operate, for example, a DVD
player and a satellite receiver at the same time on a playback device with
high-resolution picture quality.

Safety Notes
- The product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.
- Use the product for its intended purpose only.
- Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating, and only use it in a dry environment.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
- Do not bend or crush the cable.
- Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
- Dispose of packaging material immediately according to locally applicable regulations.
- Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the warranty.
- Do not use the product in the immediate vicinity of heaters or other heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Do not use the product in areas where the use of electronic devices is not permitted.
- Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children due to the risk of suffocation.
- Do not operate the product outside the power limits given in the specifications.
- Do not open the device or continue to operate it if it becomes damaged.
- Do not attempt to service or repair the product yourself. Leave any and all service work to qualified experts.
- Keep this product, as all electrical products, out of the reach of children!
- Use the item only in moderate climatic conditions.
- Do not use the product in moist environments and avoid splashes.
Warning – batteries / button cells
- When inserting batteries, note the correct polarity (+ and markings) and insert the batteries accordingly. Failure to do so could result in the batteries leaking or exploding.
- Only use batteries that match the specified type. Keep the instructions for the correct choice of batteries included with the operating instructions of devices safe for future reference.
- Before you insert the batteries, clean the battery contacts and the polarity contacts.
- Do not allow children to change batteries without supervision.
- Replace all the batteries in a set at the same time.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, or batteries of different types or from different manufacturers.
- Remove the batteries from products that are not being used for an extended period (unless these are being kept ready for an emergency).
- Do not short-circuit batteries.
- Do not charge batteries.
- Do not burn batteries or heat them up.
- Never open, damage or swallow batteries or allow them to enter the environment. They can contain toxic, environmentally harmful heavy metals.
- Remove spent batteries from the product and dispose of them without delay.
- Avoid storing, charging and using in extreme temperatures and at extremely low atmospheric pressures (such as at high altitudes).
- Ensure that batteries with damaged housings do not come into contact with water.
- Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
- Do not swallow batteries or button cells. Burning hazard from hazardous substances.
- If the battery compartment will no longer close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
Warning – batteries / button cells

This product contains button cells. If the button cell is swallowed, serious internal burns can occur within 2 hours and ultimately lead to death.

If you suspect that a button cell has been swallowed or is in any part of the body, seek medical attention immediately.

Functions

- No additional power supply required, the power is supplied via the connected devices
- Supports 3D and full HD resolution
Getting started and operation
- Connect the source devices (e.g. Blu-ray/DVD player, receiver, computer, games console) to the HDMI inputs (input 1-3) using HDMI cables (not included in the delivery package). The LED that corresponds to the active input (1) lights up.
- Now connect your output device (e.g. TV, projector, monitor) to the HDMI outputs using HDMI cables (not included in the delivery package).
- Turn on the connected devices. The power LED (2) lights up.
- You can now select all inputs via the remote control (6).
- It is also possible to select the source directly on the HDMI switching desk using the Select button (4).
Information about the power supply
In some cases, it may be necessary to provide the HDMI switching desk with
additional power via the USB socket (5). To do this, connect a micro USB / USB
cable to the USB socket (5) and a free USB port on your TV or a USB power
adapter (5 V / 100 mA, not included in the delivery package).
Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
No picture | • Ensure that all cables are correctly connected. |
• Check to be sure that all devices are switched on.
• Make sure that the TV is set to the correct channel.
• Connect the HDMI switch to the USB power supply.
• In some cases, it may be necessary to provide the HDMI switching desk with
additional power via the USB socket (5).
Poor picture, audio interruptions| • Ensure that all cables are correctly
connected.
• Try to connect the HDMI source directly to the output device. If nothing
changes, you need to replace the source device.
• Use a 1.4 HDMI cable
• Your HDMI cable should not exceed a total length of 5 m.
• Switch all devices off and then on again.
Care and Maintenance
Note
Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning it or if it is not
going to be used for a long period of time.
Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and do not use
aggressive cleaning agents.
