INFLATING INSTRUCTION
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Do not let inflatable products come in contact with sharp, pointed objects.
- Fill with cold air only. Never use a hair dryer to inflate, this could cause melting.
- Do not over inflate. Bursting items can cause serious injury. Inflate the airbed until most of the wrinkles in the material are gone and the bed feels firm to touch.
CAUTION:
Air temperature and weather do affect the air pressure in inflatable products.
In cold weather your airbed will lose some pressure due to the fact that the
air will contract. If this occurs, you may want to add a little air to improve
your airbed’s performance. However, in hot weather, the air will expand. You
must let some air out to prevent the airbed from failing due to overpressure.
You should avoid exposing your airbed to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
TO OPEN/CLOSE VALVE
To Open: Pull out the base valve from the bed 1 , open the cover 2 and
take out the stopper to release air 3 .
To Close: Reverse steps 1 , 2 & 3 to close the valve and push the base
valve into the bed.
I NFLATION INSTRUCTION
To inflate using the Outwell® Pump.
- To begin inflation open external cap and pull firmly on lanyard to extend out. This will open internal seal.
- Attach nozzle to inflation end of pump. Insert nozzle and turn on.
- When fully inflated seal valve by pushing in the pump nozzle. This will seal the internal stopper and keep air from escaping while closing cap.
- Fully remove pump and close external stopper. Valve should appear depressed into itself.
DEFLATION INSTRUCTION
Pull out the base valve from the bed 1 , open the cover 2 and take out the
stopper to release air 3 .
Do not puncture your airbed. Do not force air out of the airbed. Allow air to
escape slowly and naturally. Fold carefully and re-insert into the carrier
bag.
WARNING: Read airbed instruction manual and follow the safety
instructions to avoid serious injury or death.
Not for use by young children or people with limited disabilities. They may
suffocate in a face down position or become trapped and suffocate in the gap
between the airbed and adjacent furniture or wall. If the airbed is under
inflated or deflates during use, this risk of suffocation may increase.
Do not let young children sleep on this airbed until they are mature enough to
sleep in an adult bed. Young children can suffocate on adult beds (Including
airbeds), particularly when sleeping next to another person. Ask your
paediatrician for specific recommendations for your child.
Adult supervision required for inflation and deflation.
This airbed can melt or burn. Keep away from open flames, heaters, and other
hot objects. Do not smoke on or near the airbed.
This airbed is not for use in water. It is not a life saving device, personal
flotation device, or water toy. This airbed is not a toy. Do not stand, walk,
jump or play on the airbed. This can result in serious injury or damage to the
airbed.
