NTI TRX110C Galvanized Floor Stands

Product Information

The product is a floor stand designed for use with specific models of boilers, including S20W, TRX085, TRX110C, TRX120, TRX150C, TRX150, TRX199(C), FTVN085-199(C), TFTN085-285, and TFTN340-399. The floor stand consists of horizontal and vertical frame members, gussets, mounting plates (TRX85-150C only), legs, adjustable feet, fasteners (hex drive), lag screws, washers, and anchors. The product is compatible with units with serial numbers 153063 and later (excluding earlier units) for S20W and serial numbers 2109222038157799 and later (excluding earlier units) for TRX085, TRX110C, TRX120, TRX150C.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before assembly, verify the contents of the package to ensure all components are included.
2. Step 1: Level the legs using the adjustable feet. If you are fixing the stand directly to the floor, use lag screws, washers, anchors, and the provided holes. Omit the feet in this case.
3. Step 2: Assemble the left and right frame segments.
4. Step 3: Fasten the legs to the frame. Lay the boiler and completed floor stand on their sides and fasten the stand to the boiler using the holes in the center or outboard of the rails. Note that a shim may be required under the boiler to align screw holes.
5. Step 4 (applicable to TRX085, TRX110C, TRX120, and TRX150C models):
6. Fasten the mounting plates to the completed floor stand.
7. Fasten the wall bracket (p/n 86938) to the upper mounting plate. The wall bracket is located inside the boiler box.
8. Hang the boiler on the wall bracket.
9. Secure the boiler with a single screw through the lower mounting plate.

Note: The dimensions provided in the table are specific to different models of boilers and may be used as reference information.

BEFORE ASSEMBLY — Verify contents

• STEP 2 — Assemble left and right frame segments.

• STEP 3 — Fasten legs to frame.

  Lay boiler and completed floor stand on their sides and fasten stand to boiler using holes in centre of rails. TFTN340 – 399

  Lay boiler and completed floor stand on their sides and fasten stand to boiler using holes outboard of rails. Note: a shim may be required under boiler to align screw holes.
  TRX085, 110C, 120, 150C

•  Fasten mounting plates to completed floor stand.

•  Fasten wall bracket (p/n 86938; located inside the boiler box) to upper mounting plate.

• Hang boiler on wall bracket.

• Secure boiler with single screw through lower mounting plate.
