First Time of Use
Please open the lid of the charging case to take out the headphones, remove the insulating film from the top of both headphones, then put both headphones back into the charging case.
- Open the charging case cover, and take out the headphones, the headphones will automatically turn on and enter the mutual pairing state. When the white and red light in the right earphone flashes alternately, and the white light in the left earphone is always on, the two earphones are successfully paired.
- Turn on your device’s Bluetooth and select SOUNDPEATS Wings2 from the Bluetooth list to complete the pairing.
Reset
- Clear the pairing record from your device.
- Place back both earbuds into charging case and make sure they are in charging status.
- Press and hold both buttons for 10s until both LEDs flash in red and white twice, reset complete.
Wearing methods
- Identify the left and right earphones.
- Adjust the earphones to fit your ears.

Q1: What does the indicator light of the charging case display?
- The battery life of the charging case when the earphones are placed back: Sufficient Battery of the charging case – The red light stays on for 4S and then goes out. Low Battery of the charging case – The red light flashes for 4s then goes out.
- Charging status of the charging case is being charged – the blue light flashes on. the charging case is fully charged – the blue light stays on.
Q2: How to charge the charging case?
- Connect the charging case to a Type-C charger. (The current does not exceed lA).
- If the earphones stay idle for an extended period, charge them at least every three months to prevent the battery from being damaged.
Q3: Why are the earphones still connected to the phone when they are put back into the charging case and the case lid is closed?
- Check whether the charging case has battery power. If it has run out of battery, closing it will not disconnect the earphones from the device.
- Ensure the earphones are properly placed in the charging case and the charging metal sheet and PIN are clean. And wiping clean the contact points on the earphones and the charging case should fix this issue.
