Product Usage Instructions

  1. Register your product by visiting www.streamlight.com and following the Online Product Registration process.

  2. Retain your receipt or any proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

  3. If you require service options, visit www.streamlight.com/support/service and complete the Online Service Request for factory service or to find the location of an authorized Streamlight repair center near you.

  4. If you need to contact Customer Service, use the following information:

  5. Before first use, charge the battery fully. Use the provided charging cord and plug it into a power source. Connect the USB-C connector to the port on the rear of the light. The charge indicator located in the on/off switch will glow red while charging and green when fully charged.

  6. For safety, follow these charge cord safety guidelines:

    • A. Do not abuse the cord.
    • B. Replace damaged cords or plugs immediately.
    • C. Remove the light from charge before routine cleaning or maintenance.
    • D. Do not attempt to repair the unit or cord yourself. Take it to a qualified service facility or return it to the factory.
  7. To attach or remove the pocket clip, unscrew the two screws using a .050 hex wrench. The clip can be mounted on either side of the light body or completely removed.

  8. Use only genuine Streamlight replacement parts for repairs.
    Using non-approved parts may invalidate the product approval and compromise safety.

  9. Do not stare directly into the beam of the flashlight as it may be harmful to your eyes.

  10. Properly recycle or dispose of the rechargeable battery at the end of its useful life. Check with your local solid waste officials for recycling options or proper disposal methods.

  11. Keep the flashlight away from children and use it only as a light source as recommended by the manufacturer. Using it for other purposes is discouraged and may result in liability disclaimed by Streamlight.

WARNING Fire and burn hazard. The Wedge® provides a powerful beam. Wh®en operated for more than a few seconds, it will get hot. Never leave your Wedge with its face against any surface, including skin, while in operation. Transport or store the Wedge® in a way that minimizes the chance it can accidentally be turned on. The resultant heat build-up can cause a fire, burns or damage to the flashlight.

CHARGING

NOTICE
Charge battery before first use.

The rechargeable battery contained in this product is recyclable. At the end of its useful life, under various country and state laws, it may be illegal to dispose of this battery in the municipal solid waste stream. Check with your local solid waste officials for details in your area for recycling options or proper disposal (In USA: RBRC).
To charge the light. First turn off the light. Plug the USB end of the cord into a power source, then plug the USB-C connector into the port on the rear of the light. The charge indicator is locat-ed in the on/off switch and will glow red for charging and green for charged. The light may remain plugged into the USB-C charge port after charge is completed.

Charge time will vary depending on the source of power. Using SL #22058 charge cube, product recharges in 3 hours.

CHARGE CORD SAFETY

  • A. Don’t abuse the cord.

  • C. Remove light from charge before attempting any routine cleaning or maintenance.
  • D. Do not try to repair the unit or cord yourself. Take it to a qualified service facility or return it to the factory.

USING THE LIGHT

  • The rotatable on/off switch is located on the top of the light. Place thumb against the serrations, rotate the switch forward until it clicks into place. The light will turn on in high mode.
  • Rotating the switch forward past that point will allow the light to function in Streamlight’s THRO® (Temporarily Heightened Regulated Output) momentary mode for up to 35 seconds of maximum intensity lighting. The light will automatically ramp down to high intensity mode (in five seconds) if THRO® mode is implemented multiple times in a short period of time to protect the LED and user from extreme heat buildup.
  • Battery indicator is located in the on/off switch. The indicator will illuminate when the light is first turned on to display the battery level. Green will illuminate for 5 seconds to show the bat-tery has sufficient power. Steady red indicates the battery needs to be charged soon. Blinking red indicates the battery is depleted, and shutdown is imminent.
    The pocket clip mounts to either side of the light body or may be removed completely, simply un-screw the two screws using a .050” hex wrench to place the clip on the opposite side or remove.

PRODUCT USE: Streamlight flashlights are intended for use as high intensity, heavy duty, and portable light sources. Use of Streamlight flashlights for any purpose other than as light sources is specifically discouraged by the manufacturer. Streamlight specifically disclaims liability for other than recommended use.

NOTICE Be sure to use only genuine Streamlight replacement parts. To assure product safety always use Streamlight approved replacement parts, substitution may invalidate the product approval. Do not try to repair the unit yourself. Send to a qualified service facility or return it to the factory.

Streamlight Limited Lifetime Warranty

Streamlight warrants this product to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except for batteries and bulbs, abuse and normal wear. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product should we determine it to be defective. This limited lifetime warranty also excludes rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics which have a 2 year warranty with proof of purchase. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUEN-TIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW. You may have other specific legal rights which vary by jurisdiction.
