Product Usage Instructions
- To ensure proper installation, read all instructions completely before beginning.
- Read all warnings, care, and maintenance information.
- The faucet is designed for delivering cold water from a main supply.
- The faucet can be positioned above sinks or stoves, and the articulated spout allows for convenient positioning above pots or pans as required.
- Installation Note: When installing on plasterboard walls (not solid walls), ensure that appropriate reinforcement is in place to ensure sufficient strength.
- Flush pipes thoroughly before installation.
- Cleaning and Care: Take care when cleaning the product. Although the finish is extremely durable, it can be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel.
- On/Off Control: Rotate the handle 90 degrees (1/4 turn) to control the water flow. Shut off both handle cartridges when the faucet is not in use or left unattended. Improper use or inadequate drainage below the faucet may cause water damage.
- The faucet has a G1/2 connection to the wall and a G1/2 connection to the faucet itself.

Cold Water Connection Only: The faucet is designed for cold water connection only.

Recommended Hole Size: The recommended hole size for the faucet is 1/2 IPS inlets.

Installation Steps

Wrap plumber tape around pipe threads.

Connect to 1/2 IPS supply line.

Push the flange on the pot filler and mark the locating hole on the wall.

Drill holes and insert plugs.

Wrap plumber tape around pipe threads. Install the gasket and the flange using the provided screws.

Place flange trim onto the faucet. Thread the faucet onto the pipe and tighten it securely, but do not overtighten it.

Screw on the pot filler using a 1.5mm Allen wrench to fasten it to the flange.

Remove the aerator and turn the faucet handles to the full-on position.

Turn on the cold water supplies and flush the water lines for one minute to remove any debris that could cause damage to internal parts.

Check all connections for leaks at the indicated arrow. Re-tighten if necessary, but do not overtighten.

If the faucet water flow is unsatisfactory due to extremely low water pressure, replace the aerator to improve water flow.

If the faucet leaks out of the spout or handle, replace the valve cartridge. Remove the handle, ring, and screw. Unscrew and replace the valve cartridge using a 1.5mm hex key. Assemble in reverse order. Line up the handles with valves in the closed position before pushing the handles into place.

Application
- Faucet are designed for delivering cold water from a main supply.
- Faucet can be positioned above sinks or stoves and the articulated nature of the spout enables the outlet to be conveniently positioned above pots/pans as required.
Installation
Note
- When installing on plasterboard walls (not solid walls) it must be assured that an appropriate reinforcement is in place to ensure sufficient strength.
- Flush pipes thoroughly!
Cleaning and Care
- Care should be given to the cleaning of this product. Although its finish is extremely durable,

Wrap plumber tape (1) around pipe threads. Install the gasket (2) and the flange (3) using the 4 screws provided.

Place flange trim (1) onto the faucet.

Thread the faucet onto the pipe.

Tighten securely, but do not overtighten.

Screw on pot filler Screw in the screw by using a 1.5mm Allen wrench to fasten the pot filler to the flange .

Remove aerator (1) and turn faucet handles (2) to the full-on position.

Turn on cold water supplies and flush water lines for one minute.

Important: This flushes away any debris that could cause damage to internal parts.

Check all connections at Arrow for leaks.

Re-tighten if necessary, but do not overtighten.

In areas with extremely low water pressure causing the faucet water flow to be unsatisfactory, replace the aerator to improve the water flow in the faucet.
- If the faucet leaks out of the spout or handle – Replace the valve cartridge (4).
- Remove handle(1), ring(3), and screw (2). Unscrew and replace valve cartridge, 1.5 mm hex. Assemble in reverse order. Line up handles with valves in the closed position before pushing handles into place.
