Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that you have read and understood the assembly instructions provided in the manual.
2. Assemble the grill with the help of another adult as it requires two people.
3. Follow the step-by-step assembly instructions provided in the manual.
4. Start with installing the casters onto the legs and tightening them securely.
5. Insert the connecting piece into the legs and use the set screw to tighten its position.
6. Attach the support bars to the legs, ensuring that the connecting piece rests on top of the caster.
7. Install the bottom panel to the legs using the included hardware.
8. Assemble the four support parts on the bottom panel using Bolt A.
9. Attach the front panel using Bolt A.
10. Attach the back panel using Bolt A.
11. Attach the left side panel to the grill body, making sure that the tray hooks are pointed towards the back panel.
12. Attach the right side panel to the grill body, also ensuring that the tray hooks are pointed towards the back panel. Use an alternating pattern when screwing in bolts for a tight fit.
13. Connect the air vent handles to both side doors using Bolt A and Nut C.
14. Insert the left side door to the hinges on the left side of the grill body, ensuring that the air vent handle faces towards the installer.
15. Insert the right side door to the hinges on the right side of the grill body, again ensuring that the air vent handle faces towards the installer.
16. Attach the left side lid lock handle and install the air vent to the side door using Bolt A and Nut C.
17. Attach the right side lid lock handle and install the air vent to the side door using Bolt A and Nut C.
18. Connect the middle support panel to the grill body using Bolt A.
19. Attach the charcoal pan support bar to both front and side panels using Bolt A.

Parts List and Hardware

Assembly Instructions

1. STEP 1
   Install casters (1) to the leg (2) by turning the nut on the top of the caster (1) inserting into leg (2) and then tightening leg to stem.

2. STEP 2
   Fully remove set screw in connecting piece (3) and insert into leg. Once inserted, use set screw to tighten position.

3. STEP 3
   Install four support bars (4, 5) to legs having connecting piece (3) resting directly on the top of the caster and tighten using included hardware.

4. STEP 4
   Install the bottom panel (6) to the legs using included hardware.

5. STEP 5
   Assemble the four support parts (7) with raised side facing inwards on the bottom panel using BOLT A — 8 pcs.

6. STEP 6
   Attach front panel (8) using BOLT A — 5 pcs.

7. STEP 7
   Attach back panel (9) using BOLT A — 5 pcs.

8. STEP 8
   Attach left side panel (10) to the grill body using BOLT A — 8pcs. Make sure tray hooks are pointed towards the back panel.

9. STEP 9
   Attach right side panel (10) to the grill body using BOLT A — 8pcs. Make sure tray hooks are pointed towards the back panel.
   TIP : When screwing in bolts use an alternating pattern to ensure a tight fit.

10. STEP 10
    Connect air vent handles (13,15) to both side doors (12,14) using BOLT A – 2 pcs and Nut C-4 pcs.

11. STEP 11
    Insert left side door to hinges on the left side of the grill body.
    NOTE: Ensure air vent handle is facing towards the installer and not the machine.

12. STEP 12
    Insert right side door to hinges on the right side of the grill body.
    NOTE: Ensure air vent handle is facing towards the installer and not the machine.

13. STEP 13
    Attach the left side lid lock handle to the side panel closer towards the back panel. Install the air vent to the side door using BOLT A– 3 pcs NUT C — 3 pcs.

14. STEP 14
    Attach the right side lid lock handle to the side panel closer towards the back panel. Install the air vent to the side door using BOLT A– 3 pcs NUT C — 3 pcs.

15. STEP 15
    Connect the middle support panel (18) to the grill body using BOLT A — 4 pcs.

16. STEP 16
    Attached the charcoal pan support bar (19) to both front and side panel using BOLT A – 10 pcs.

17. STEP 17
    Attach lid hinges (20) to the grill back panel using BOLT B – 6 pcs.

18. STEP 18
    Put the charcoal pans (21) on charcoal pan support bar.

19. STEP 19
    Connect the grate holder handle (23) to the grate holder (a22) using Bolt D – 16pcs and LOCK PIN E – 8 pcs.
    TIP: Insert Lock Pin E into the handle before attaching in place with the hardware.

20. STEP 20
    Position the grate holder into the grill body with the lip facing upwards.

21. STEP 21
    Insert the stainless steel grates (25) into the lip of the grate holder.

22. STEP 22
    Fully remove the screw from the handle so that the lid handle (27) can be connected to the lid (26) using BOLT A — 2pcs.

23. STEP 23
    Connect hinges (28) to the lid using BOLT B – 6 pcs.

24. STEP 24
    Attach grill lid to the grill body using SLEEVE F – 3 pcs and Lock Pin E – 3pcs.

25. STEP 25
    Install the two thermometers (29) onto the lid.

26. STEP 26
    Attach the grill stacks (30) to the lid using BOLT A — 8 pcs and NUT C — 8 pcs.

27. STEP 27
    Install BOLT G to the lid using BOLT G – 2 pcs and NUT C – 2 pcs. After the grill is fully assembled, you can open lock the lid in place by using the handles on the side.

28. STEP 28
    Insert the ash pan (31) into grill body like shown in the picture.
