INSTALLATION
- Make sure that the product has no foreign objects inside before operation.
- Test the machine without product and then use it.
- The machine should not have impact, vibration, or abnormal noise.
OPERATION
Step 1
After the machine is stabilized, open cover (available for idle debugging).
Step 2
Install the cotton thread on the steel shaft.
Step 3
After installing the cotton thread on the shaft, place it in the cotton thread
fixing bracket.
Step 4
Tighten the screws to secure the cotton thread on the bracket. ( Note:
Don’t tighten the screws too tightly.)
Step 5
Pull the cotton thread through the first hole.
Step 6
After pulling the cotton thread through the hole, wrap it under the spring
washer.
Step 7
Pull the cotton thread through the second hole.
Step 8
Place the filled sausage rope in the sausage entrance hole and feed it
through, lining up the length of the sausage with the desired length of the
tie using the measurements on the platform. Grab the cotton twine and line
your sausage link with the twine, holding the end of the twine to the end of
the sausage. Turn the handle clockwise 3 or 4 times to tie the sausage. Gently
pull the sausage rope through, aligning the next tie location using the
desired length measurements on the platform. Repeat until entire sausage rope
has been tied.
CLEANING
- Wash all parts that have come in contact with meat in hot soapy water. BE SURE TO CLEAN IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE.
- Rinse the parts with clear, hot water then dry them IMMEDIATELY.
- Clean the housing with a damp towel and wipe dry.
IMPORTANT: Any metal parts must be coated with a food-safe silicone spray to prevent rusting; if not properly protected, these parts will begin to rust very quickly. DO NOT use rusted parts.
