WARNING: ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR THE GRIDDLE TO COOL PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE CONDIMENT RAIL
PARTS LIST:
STEP 1:
Position the Condiment Rail as seen above and interlock the overhanging lip
with the griddle grease channel.| STEP 2:
Tighten the two screws on both sides of the condiment rail so it is firmly
secured as seen in the image above.

STEP 3:
Next tighten the bolts on the exterior sides of the rail as seen above.|
STEP 4:
Finally, install the rail guards on the bottom of each arm to ensure safety
for operators.
