Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting the installation, it is recommended to read and familiarize yourself with the Canadian plumbing code regulations and your local municipality plumbing codes.
- We recommend using a professional plumber for both installation and repair.
- Ensure that urge arresting devices are installed to eliminate water hammering, as required by the Canadian plumbing code.
- Create an adequate opening to easily access connections or other plumbing devices for maintenance or repair.
Recommended tools for installation:
- Plumber’s putty
- Thread seal tape (included)
- Proper wrench
Installation Steps:
- Apply the plumber’s putty under the plastic cover deck plate to seal your installation.
- Firmly hand tighten the hose to the valve.
- Use a proper wrench to add a quarter turn to tighten the hose more if needed.
- Connect the shower head to the top outlet when using a handheld shower.
- Follow the drilling guide to create necessary holes for installation.
- Connect the copper pipes according to the installation way shown in the diagram.
- Connect the hot and cold water supply to the appropriate valves. Please note that while the model shown in the installation steps may differ from the one in the box, the connection type and installation steps remain the same
