Product Usage Instructions
- Inspect the item and contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install it. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.
- Carefully remove all parts from the box.
- Remove the mounting plate (B) from the backplate (E) by loosening the side screws (C).
- Affix the mounting plate (B) onto the outlet box and secure it with mounting screws (D).
- Connect the hot wire (BLACK) from the fixture to the hot wire from the outlet box. Ensure proper electrical connections.
- Follow all applicable, local installation codes and guidelines while installing the light fixture.
- The installation should be done by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the light fixture, as well as the hazards involved.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully remove all parts from the box.

Remove the mounting plate (B) from the backplate (E) by loosening the side screws (C).

Affix mounting plate (B) onto the outlet box and secure it with mounting screws (D).

Connect the hot wire (BLACK) from the fixture to the hot wire from the outlet box (usually BLACK). Fasten them together with a plastic wire connector (A) provided and wrap the connection with electrical tape.

Connect the neutral wire (WHITE) from the fixture to the wire from the outlet box(usually WHITE).
DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OR SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED. -
Connect ground wire from the fixture (bare copper) to ground wire from the outlet box (usually green or copper in color).
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THIS FIXTURE BE GROUNDED. -
Attach the backplate (E) onto the mounting plate (B) and secure it with side screws (C).

Place the shade (F) onto the socket cup.

Insert bulb (not included) into the socket.

Installation is complete, turn on the power at the fuse or circuit breaker.
