MOUNTING THE PIVOT PRO 320
The Pivot PRO 320 includes a mountable base with industrial-strength all weather adhesive that is compatible with a wide variety of curved and flat surfaces.
- Prior to applying the mount, clean the surface to be mounted on. Most substrates are best prepared by cleaning with a 50-50 mixture of isopropyl rubbing alcohol (IPA) and water. Bond strength is dependent upon the amount of adhesive-to-surface contact developed.
- Peel adhesive backing from mount then place onto clean surface pressing down with firm pressure. Firm application pressure develops better adhesive contact and helps improve bond strength.
PIVOT PRO 320 – BASE REMOVAL
To remove the Pivot PRO 320 from the base, rotate the headlamp 180° counterclockwise from the base. Reverse steps to reattach to base.

BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR
With approximately 20% battery capacity remaining, the LED indicator (located in the power button) on the headlamp will turn from blue to red.
BATTERY CHARGING AND CARE
- Plug the USB Charging Cable into the USB port located on the back of the light. Then plug the other end into a powered-on computer or directly to a wall outlet using the supplied AC adapter.
- The LED indicator in the power button will light up red while the battery is charging. When the battery is fully charged, the LED will light up blue.
- Unplug the AC Adapter from the battery by grasping the connectors rather than the cable.
- Ensure USB port cover is fully closed and tightly sealed. It is good practice to store your battery away with a full charge.
For extended storage periods, charge the battery every three months to maximize its lifespan.
CHARGE TIME
2:30h*
*Change time may vary
RESERVE MODE
Reserve mode will automatically shift your light to low beam when the battery is at 10% capacity. In reserve mode you will only be able to use low beam, flash modes. High beam and medium beam will be disabled.
PROTECTING YOUR INVESTMENT
Properly charge your battery to maximize its lifespan
(see the “Battery Charging and Care” section for detailed information).
The Pivot PRO 320 will perform in wet weather conditions, but submerging it in
water will damage the system.
To prevent water damage, ensure USB port cover remains tightly sealed while
operating your light.
