When the product leaves the factory, 10-50% of the power is generally reserved. It is recommended to charge the product firstly to ensure the use effect. It takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge at room temperature. The actual charging time varies according to the environment.

ATTENTION

Do not use this product outdoors.

Disabled persons (persons with impairments in physical, perception and thinking abilities) and children must be accompanied by a guardian when using it.

When the power plug or power cord fails, please stop using it.

When disconnecting the power, you should pull the plug by hand, do not pull the power cord directly.

When adding water to the water tank, do not add other chemical solvents such as detergents, perfumes, essential oils, etc., to avoid damage to parts.

During the cleaning process of the product, please do not turn it upside down or lift it to avoid water tank leakage and cause short circuit

Please keep the water outlet unobstructed. When it is blocked, please do not disassemble it privately, and contact a professional for handling.

Do not leave the remaining water in the water tank during product cleaning or after using it.

When cleaning the product, do not use alcohol, benzene, or thinner to clean the surface of the product, so as not to damage the appearance of the product.

Do not stand or sit on the machine to avoid damage to the machine or personal injury.

ATTENTION

When the product is not being used or before maintenance, please cut off the power to avoid danger.

Be careful of squeezing in the door gap or friction with sharp objects, keep away from heat sources.

Before using this product to clean, please tidy up the debris in the area to be cleaned.

Before removing the cleaning cloth, please cut off the power supply and wait for the product to stop before operating.

When cleaning and maintaining the product, please disconnect the power first, and then clean it with a dry/wet cloth.

Please store the product in a dry and ventilated room.

If the water hardness in the living area is high, it is recommended to add filtered water when adding water

In order to avoid danger, when the product fails, it must be re- paired or replaced by professionals from the distributor, its repair department or similar departments.

When you need to use a detergent, please choose a neutral detergent and dilute with water.

Do not touch the plug or the product body with wet hands, and do not use the product when you are barefoot.

Please avoid clothing or any part of the body (such as hair, fingers, etc.) from getting caught in the rotating wheels of the body, otherwise it may cause personal injury

Do not try to disassemble or repair the product by yourself. In- correct assembly and maintenance can easily damage the motor and cause potential safety hazards in use.

How To Use The Cordless Power Mop

Put down the handle, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on, the wheels start to rotate, and starts to clean the floor.

Main Function Of The Cordless Power Mop

  1. Turn On Mop
    Press the Power Button, and the light will be on together. Press and hold button for 3 seconds to turn on.

    Press the Power Button, and the light will be on together.

  3. Water Spray Function
    If you need to wet the surface, press the water spray button, and the water outlet will spray water mist to wet the ground. Water spray function works after mop has been tuned on.

  4. Battery Charging
    When charging, the indicator port shows a red light, and a green light shows that the battery is full. Working time: about 60 minutes. The actual use time varies depending on the environment. Charging time: 2-3 hours.

  5. Cleaning Mode
    Add water to the water level line/hole in the cleaning bucket to ensure that it is below the highest water level line.

    Stand the handle upright, tilt the electric mop and the washing basin about 45 degrees, the cleaning cloth enters the water, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, the wheels start to rotate, the cleaning cloth starts to clean, wait for 3-5 minutes. Short press the power button to stop cleaning.

    After the cleaning is completed, turn the handle to the vertical 90 degree mode by hand, and the cleaning cloth leaves the water surface. At this time, it enters the cleaning cloth drying mode, wait 3-5 minutes, short press the power button, the wheels stop, and the drying ends.

  6. Handle Battery Cell Replacement
    Press the Button on the back side of the handle to remove handle from pole ?. Remove cap from end of handle u, unscrew 1 screw from each end of handle v. Lift cover off of handle w. Replace battery x (CR2032) .

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Something goes wrong? Before you want to fix it, try the following methods to solve it.
Circumstance Occurs Measures
The handle buttons do not respond Check if the product is turned on normally.

Check if the product has power.
The handle is a Bluetooth device, check whether it can be used normally after restarting the host.
Can’t spray water| Check if there is water in the water tank
Check whether the water outlet is blocked. If it is not used for a long time, it may be blocked by scale. Try to use citric acid soak for 24 hours before using.
No response from indicator light| Check if the charging port is loose, plug in the charger again.
Check if there is water in the charging port, if there is, please contact after-sales customer service.
Check if the charger indicator is on, if not, please contact after-sales customer service
Water stains/stains remain on the floor after use| There is much dust and debris in the cleaning area, use a vacuum cleaner/broom to clean up before use.
The cleaning cloth may be too dirty or too wet, disconnect the power and replace the cleaning cloth.
The cleaning cloth may be washed with washing powder, and the water may not be thoroughly washed. The washing powder remains on the cleaning cloth. Please use liquid detergent to clean the cleaning cloth again.
If the cleaned area has not been cleaned for a long time or is a place with thick grease deposits such as a kitchen, please use detergent to clean the stained area once, and then do the mop cleaning.
It may be the residue on the floor after cleaning with the detergent used before, and it needs to be cleaned several times with the product.
Product is difficult to push| Check if it needs to be charged (red light flashes slowly/fast flashes).
Try to push the product lightly.

If the above problems still cannot be solved, please contact Customer Care, do not disassemble by yourself.

Remarks: Please use the included cup to add water to the water tank, and no more than 3 cups, otherwise the water might go inside and damage the machine.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

This product has a one year limited warranty on all materials and workmanship. Cordless Power Mop TM warrants the original purchaser of this product that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If within one (1) year this product fails due to defect in material or workmanship, Teko will repair, replace or supply any defective part at their option. The purchaser must contact Teko and provide a description of the defective part, including digital pictures if requested, with this original purchase documentation as validation of warranty coverage. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which varies from state to state.

This warranty does not cover or apply to: (a) damage to the product due to misuse, mishandling, and abuse, (b) products not used in accordance with instructions, (c) product not assembled or installed according to instructions, and (d) normal wear and tear.
